Breakfast was a buffet style, and I felt like there were a lot of missing items, or rather, they weren't replenished in time. Other than that, there is also a hot spring, which I think is good for casual use.

I had a comfortable stay. I used it on a business trip, and there were delicious izakaya restaurants nearby, so I was able to relax until the evening.

Well maintained roure-inn hotel in the heart of the city.

Decent cheap hotel with friendly staff, but could do with a refurbishment. Not close to the city centre but 10 minutes' walk from another JR station that gets you into town easily enough. Did not try the onsen on-site so cannot comment on that.

I didn't use the indoor bath because there was a large public bath, but it was disappointing that there was hair in the bathtub and it was dirty.

Free parking, breakfast, and natural hot springs included, and it was a bargain for a Saturday night stay.

It was in a quiet environment, had restaurants nearby, and was conveniently located near the highway interchange.

The two electrical outlets on the table were broken and could not be used. The bathroom faucet (both hot and cold) was stiff and difficult to turn. The cigarette smell was unbearable (it can't be helped as the non-smoking rooms were fully booked and could not be secured...) I'm sorry to say that I gave it a different rating compared to the Matsumoto Inter store.

I had a comfortable stay. I left something behind in the room when I checked out, but they called me on my cell phone and sent it to my home. I was very grateful for the polite response, even though it was a great inconvenience. I have become a big fan of Route Inn.

Overall I think it's good.

It's a normal business hotel. If you just want to stay, it's fine.

Honestly, I don't think it's good or bad. I'm sorry that I only stayed for one night, but it's a business hotel after all. Recent accommodation conditions include a buffet breakfast and a large public bath. Especially since I was driving this time, it doesn't have to be near a station. Is the breakfast buffet not good enough? For the same price, I would like a breakfast with a little more content.

The light switch is old-fashioned and the bathroom threshold is too high. The breakfast is rich in variety.
