Old hotel. Poor cleanliness. Good location.

The perfect hotel but there is nothing around the hotel. It is to go to live in a hotel or move around constantly with the car

All very clean, the buffet is worth nothing, the clean facilities and super mega friendly workers, but I do not recommend the buffet

Everything about the hotel was fantastic rooms were excellent Food was great facilities were perfect But most of all that we were impressed with all the staff From the front desk to the waiters to the cleaners are fantastic everyone has a smile and so polite definitely recommend this to everybody

ESPECTACULAR PLAYABALLENA SIEMPRE. Inmejorables instalaciones, ubicación, playa, todo de maravilla. SEMANA SANTA en FAMILIA...la mía y la propia del personal de PLAYABALLENA que se dedican a que disfrutes muchísimo de tus vacaciones. FERMÍN de recepción y MIGUEL ÁNGEL y todo el equipo. En COMEDOR SANDRA, ÁNGEL, LORENZO, BORJA, JESÚS, CRISTOBAL, CHARI, MANUEL, VERÓNICA, CLAUDIA...PUUUFFF...todos y más...los mejores. En el SPA IRENE y SANDRA con la jefa EVA magníficas. Gracias al GERENTE MIGUEL ÁNGEL por estar siempre pendiente de todo y con esa educación que da gusto hablar con él. Y los MEJORES en MAYÚSCULAS ¡¡¡¡ EL EQUIIPO DE ANIMACIÓN...con el JEFE MANU a la cabeza, sus manos derechas, ELENA Y JENNY...!!! y vaya equipazo de chicas y chicos...sois los mejores..hacéis las vacaciones mejor...a nuestros hijos felices...y esos espectáculos dignos de BROADWAY...este último de MAMMA MÍA para quitarse el sombrero. SARA, ALI, ALBERTO, JAVI, ALE, PAOLA, TERE, y el resto... ¿ ALGUNA COSA A MEJORAR? Esta SEMANA SANTA hemos notado la comida algo mejor, los guisos con más cariño, la plancha con más cuidado y con algo mejor el productor...quizás cuando se van tantos días falta algo de variedad y sorpresa...la zona de postres es siempre lo mismo...faltan SORPRESAS en el buffet...es algo que hay que darle un punto más. GRACIAS un año más !!! Y por último y muy muy importante...JEFES DE LA CADENA...RESPONSABLES...ESTÁIS SUBIENDO EL PRECIO DEMASIADO...reduciendo las ofertas de venta anticipada, con fechas especiales...y los bolsillos lo notan...una pena porque estáis enseñándonos el camino hacia otras cadenas...cuando antes ni mirábamos a otro lado que no fuera PLAYASENATOR.

Excellent hotel stunning location . Staff amazing . The food was great quality . Would highly recommend. Beautiful looked after and so clean . Centre is 10 mins walk nice shops and local restaurants. Great supermarket

Stayed in room 3040 with so much water damage to the bathroom door it prevented privacy when using the toilet. We couldn’t close the door while doing the most private of functions. The rooms don’t come with a water kettle.

Great facilities and amazing animation team. The best location in Costa Ballena beach, the closest hotel to the sea. Warm local staff. In my opinión, it's definetily the best choice to spend family holidays with children and teens.

Just returned from the resort, very clean and friendly staff. Not many English were at the hotel but that suited us. One thing is if you want to use the kids club and your children are shy, there were no English children in the club but my grandchildren picked up some Spanish who are 10 and 4. Beautiful beach food was ok, rooms and pool area spotless. Would definitely return to the hotel.

We have just returned from this resort as a family of 3. On the whole the hotel is ok but please bear in mind if you book out of season the aqua Park is only open 1 day a week and none of the outside bars are open which is frustrating as you have to walk right through reception to get a drink. The food is average buffet and my wife had a bad stomach from eating it, they also could do with a kid's corner in the restaurant its very much the same food every day. Room was ok with clean towels every day, Entertainment in the evening was good my daughter enjoyed the mini disco but on the whole I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Fantastic hotel all the staff were great the food was outstanding the hotel was very clean the entertainment on a night was good .Our 6 year old daughter had a great time she didn’t go to the kids club as all she wanted to do was play on all the slides 12 slides and play in the swimming pools our daughter was so sad to leave so much to do for all the family I can’t praise this hotel enough from the management to the cleaners we will definitely be coming back to this hotel .
