The hotel is a good one with a swimming pool and laundry self-service room. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The service is very good, very satisfied。Although it is very close to the airport, it is very quiet.

The stay was great. Clean room and bathroom. Front desk was very kind and informative. Will be staying here only going forward. Highly recommend.

Having a room with kitchen with only one cleaning and clean sheets in 10 days is for trailer-park people and pigs! Any hotel chain who has this company rule shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. It’s a pity but everything else was perfect.

Friendly staff, clean and up to date decor. Shower curtain rod mounted way too high above tub. Shower curtain did not hang properly or down into tub. Bathroom floor was flooded every time you took a shower. Had to use lots of towels to catch the water. Management was notified at front desk. Hopefully the problem was fixed. Room 410

The possibility to wash our clothes, the gym, and the coffee room. I hope next time the room can made more often, and "un banco para sentarse" outside the hotel near the entrance

Everything was good except the light on the hood was out and the funny thing was there was no replacement part. Anyways, it did not bother us much. We will come again.

Very large rooms, great workers, free laundry. The only issue was the parking lot, at times, was very full. Definitely would stay again

Shower curtain not long enough. Bath tub slippery. Needs a grab handle on the side of the bath tub. There is one for entry into the bath tub

Nice spacious room, clean. The only thing is no tissue paper the box was empty. I have to mention that the lighting is really bad, yellow light is depressing for me, you shoud have led light ir dimer so people can adjust. The light fixture in the bathroom was missing, it look like it broke and was never replace, so the bathroom was really dark. The staff at the front desk is a plus, fantastic customers services!
