All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

The facilities are very old, we tried to call reception from the room but the phone did not work due to its age, the towels they provided us were wet, the food and dinner is good

The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very friendly and friendly. The all-inclusive dining and dining options are varied and tasty, and guests can unwind on the resort's private, well-maintained, uncrowded beaches. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, and if I get a chance, I want to visit again, and I would like to highly recommend it to my acquaintances.

Have stayed here many times. Beds have been updated, they have made improvements on alternating dining areas and options. We do eat out most the time. Service at the pool area and pool bar are a bit lacking and slow but is OK. Bathrooms are still the old showers but work. Good location, clean rooms, will stay again.

We had never stayed at an all inclusive resort before. We chose this one for its location still close to town but just out of town with a dive shop in front. Loved everything about it and would highly recommend it to others. We will be back!

My wife and I had a pleasant stay here...location close to the airport/snorkeling/shopping. Fantastic pool area with plenty of lounge chairs, snack and beverage bar and attentive staff. Good firm beds and clean room. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price, it's a good deal. All-inclusive food/beverage buffet meals were a plus...again, nothing extravagant but there was always something we found tasty. As others have said - no washcloths...and you may need to ask for towels. Our only suggestion to management: have maintenance staff available 24/7. We had a plumbing problem one night and had to wait til the next morning for staff to come fix it. And have a wheelchair available that fits through the doorway of the hotel rooms (vs. the extra wide one you have that we could not wheel through the doorway into our room.) Front desk staff & bell men were helpful and courteous with only a few incidents where we could not communicate with them very well in English. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall excellent, came across an issue about the room, but it was handled effectively. Easy transportation to Playa del Carmen, which is a very beautiful beach. Surroundings are very safe to walk. Nightlife very enjoyable.

I base a lot of our stays on the reviews and decent pricing. This resort was okay but not great. It was a little run down, but not terrible. The staff was nice, and the snorkeling against the shore at the Hotel was the best we saw on our entire trip. It was a longer walk to downtown than we thought, but manageable. We ended up taking a 6-dollar cab every time to avoid the heat. I probably wouldn't stay again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff was great, especially Marianna, our favorite server. Alexis, the concierge was also very kind and helpful. The food was fine, although the buffet got a bit tiresome, as it often does at an all inclusive. The “special” dinners were a little respite from the buffet and were very nice. A lot of effort was put into making the dining experience a little different every night. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We love how close it is to town and enjoyed our daily walks. We met many other lovely guests and enjoyed watching the divers in their element. Overall, a great experience.

Nice area to snorkel. But that the best this place has going for it.Had multiple a/c issues. Wound up staying in 3 dif. Rooms due to it.

All inclusive was handy but the lunch and dinner buffets were same old thing, crowded, staff handled food with bare hands, service incredibly slow and confused. It seemed they hired these people and gave them zero training in how to wait tables in an efficient manner. Staff was friendly tho! Husband got sick on day 3 after eating nowhere but at hotel. Several other people said they also had stomach issues. Pool is beautiful! We would stay here again but bring antibiotics from home due to poor sanitation around the food.

The highlight of this property is the incredible staff. They are so welcoming, so attentive, and truly want to ensure that you have a great stay. Additionally, it’s extremely easy to book excursions through the staff, who provide detailed information on what to expect/where to go. The property itself is quite outdated, and I wasn’t lucky enough to stay in one of the updated rooms. Instead, I was in one of the older rooms. It had a brand new mini-fridge and the AC ran high with no issue. I did find it odd that there weren’t any washcloths though. A few things worth noting; The bed was painfully hard. The buffet was subpar (especially for a vegetarian). One night at the buffet dinner, I wanted to bring a plate back to my room and I was told that it was only allowed via room service. However, that’s a specified menu (again, less options for a vegetarian) AND they upcharge for room service. I just found that a little silly that I wasn’t supposed to bring my own dinner to my room but someone else could bring it. Finally, the gentleman who sells (very pretty) sculptures by the dive shop would ask me if I was ready to purchase every time I walked by. I ended up avoided the beach area during that second half of my stay for that reason. I admit that I’m not the best at saying a direct ’no’, but I also didn’t expect to feel ‘pressured to buy’ at the resort.

This was our seventh year staying at the property, great safe property for family with children. Its quiet and relaxing with lots to offer. The meal buffets had better options this year so that was nice to see.

This was the third time staying at this property. I love the location, the hard working friendly staff, incredible food, great snorkeling right off the pier. Very nice rooms, budget friendly.
