All night there were really loud noises that were very loud and would wake you up. We had to leave early in the morning so I had put my room service tag out so breakfast could be available for the kids while we got ready. It was never collected so we had no breakfast. When we called the front desk to complain they were really dismissive.

Good location to Gatwick. 15min bus ride. The property is quite dated. The rooms are huge which was great. My daughter was sick and the staff were very understanding

The hotel is having some renovations, so quite a long walk to get to out room. There were traces of the builders on the carpet and stairs near the room. Otherwise comfortable room, very good breakfast and excellent staff.

The rooms are very tiny , the staff does not give clear directions, breakfast is done by 10am, no microwave in the room or lobby

The location is a bit far from Gatwick, need to call a taxi and quite expensive. Other than that the service is great

Staff really nice but your had to walk to the end of the world to get to your room. The Hallway reminded me of the one in the movie The shining.

Excellent upon arrival was upgraded without asking. absolutely wonderful gesture, staff was 110% wonderful helpful people all thru the stay. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Having my room key still work on returning from breakfast would have been nice. Room was excellnt (club level), a second water and second robe when there is 2 pax would have ticked all boxes

Excellent hotel only thing that let it down was room 250 window broke had traffic noise all night but will stay again excellent staff food and service couldn’t fault it would recommend this hotel to stay in
