I booked this hotel through Ctrip online payment. The front desk didn't know how to operate Ctrip's deduction on the night of check-in, so I had to pay the room fee myself before I could check in. At the same time, the front desk promised to refund my self-paid room fee in cash after the hotel successfully deducted the money the next morning. The staff on the second day said that the cash could not be refunded, and it could only be returned to my card by the same route, and it could not be refunded at that time, but only on the third day. The location is very convenient.
The property is new but you can hear everything from next door and above. The rooms doesn’t have a phone and the furnitures mattress and chairs are very uncomfortable.
