Mercury standard always very good hotels Good location, very good breakfast

The room was very small and I had to complain about the hygiene. The Electric Kettle had colonies of fungus in the water inside!

Good business hotel. Internet worked well. Chairs in the room comfortable to work. Comfortable bed and balcony was super appreciated after a long work day.

Sadly I cannot recommend the Mercure. The staff was awkward towards us and would often ignore our family in favor of native speaking guests even while in line. While I highly recommend the restaurant downstairs and the breakfast, a majority of the staff in which we interacted with needs to take notes from the staff at the Radisson just a few blocks down the road. They added charges to our rooms and were caught by surprise we actually reviewed them. They apologized a thousand times… but clearly they like to take advantage of foreign guests. My suggestion for the Mercure team, etiquette and awareness. If you are paying top dollar you expect top results. Paying the same price at the Radisson and it’s a stark contrast in favor of the Radisson.

Service was excellent. Pamella and David were outstanding hosts.

The structure is very good, comfortable room, large closet, very good shower, quality bedding. I definitely recommend and will be back!

We booked for 2 adults and a 3 year old. When we arrived at the hotel room, we soon identified that there was no extra bed, in addition to the lack of a third bath towel. Ok, we asked the reception, who had to provide the towel and check the availability of an extra bed, but they soon said that the hotel was fully booked and there was no availability. We went to the pool and when we returned to the room, everything remained the same, without a towel and an extra bed. We called reception who made light of the situation and said that the bed would be charged extra. We were outraged by the response and especially the lack of empathy from the employee who served us. First, when you make the reservation, inform that it is for 2 adults plus a child over two years old (inform the age), automatically the room must be prepared to receive guests, and if necessary, change the value and carry out the Full charge at time of booking to cater for the total number of guests. We were very dissatisfied with the situation, which has never happened before during all our stays at any hotel in the chain. Not even the extra towel was delivered by the receptionist who attended to us. I do not recommend the hotel.

Well located and comfortable hotel. Attentive staff and breakfast with great options. We were satisfied with our stay.
