Amazing hotel alone in a valley. Quiet. Wonderful service from kind and attentive staff. Daily free shuttle if you want to go to Dalat city. Outdoor and indoor pools. Watch the mist reveal the surrounding hills as you enjoy breakfast on the terrace. But take you own Lipton tea bags if you enjoy a nice cup of tea with breakfast

This resort is incredible. Everything is high quality and service is amazing. We ate at their restaurant, all of the food, especially the sturgeon, was incredibly fresh and delicious. Restaurant service was always kind and friendly. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the restaurant balcony. We also went to their spas and got massages, the prices are more than fair especially for the quality of the massage. It is the best massage we had in Vietnam. The masseuses are very experienced and strong and are able to find exactly the right spots. The resort is relaxing, in the countryside 20 min away from the city, but easy to get to. It wasn’t crowded when we were here

Very clean, hygienic, spacious property with a good view. Everyone from housekeeping, conceirge, restaurant are all very attentive and polite. Just don't go for breakfast at 630AM-730AM because the korean boomer tour groups will be raving for breakfast. Probably also just need to improve the shuttle pick up point from Dalat City because we couldnt really find the the pick up point and had to grab back. but overall 10/10

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt and the beds were delightful. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed every minute of it. Dinner was delicious and the service was spectacular I couldn’t recommend it more. The pools are beautiful and the views are to die for

Outstanding view, nice hospitality, good service from all the staf, room was clean and comfy, large bathtub, good water pressure, swimming pool is great, breakfast was amazing, relaxing place, romantic, very recomended resort. Perfect❤️

Thank you Swiss Belresot Dalat for giving me a healing trip in Dalat city, it didn't go wrong when choosing your resort. I were totally relaxing in here, nice room, good food and supper useful staffs. The golf course visting trip was nice. Hope to see you next time.

What a elegant resort! First class all the way directed by Eric(Hieu), Joseph(Thoai) and their excellent staff. The property is immaculate trimmed with beautiful trees and flowers. The offered amenities including indoor,outdoor pools, gym,spa and golf course are all top notch as well. Our room was very spacious with an incredible view of the rolling hills and impressive golf course. The daily breakfast buffet was a delicious feast fit for a King & Queen. Joseph even organized a very thoughtful Birthday surprise for my Wife. We were treated like family from A to Z and will definitely return to our our new home away from home. Thank you Eric and Joseph for the wonderful memories you created for our family.

Hotel service and staff was very helpful and polight. Request to put some indian veg breakfast. Room and view was excellent. Washrooms and swimming pool were clean very well maintained we can suggest everyone to visit me climate and gym were good

Great place, we had a most amazing stay. Great view of the mountain, lots of recreational activities to do inside the resort itself, good food. Recommended to stay here if you are in Dalat. Just keep in mind that it is far away from the city.

The place is surreal. Beautiful location, great food and amazing hospitality. FO Manager Eric was especially great as he ensured we were taken care of very well. We spent 3 days here and they were very well spent at this resort. The place has an amazing Golf Course, have a kids area and also have numerous food options. The resort operates shuttles 4-5 times a day if you want to visit Dalat. It's a must stay place if you are visiting Dalat. Worth it.

Because it was located in the mountains far away from the city, the golf course and mountain views were great. This was both an advantage and a disadvantage. I couldn't catch a taxi because it was far from the city, but the free shuttle bus dropped me off near Big C Mart, so I used it comfortably. The swimming pool was very pretty in the pictures, but I couldn't swim because the water was dirty.

it was very nice, the staff was friendly and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. There was a out door pool and many more activities such as golfing and billard. its surrounded by mountains and alot of trees which makes it very nice and easy to relax
