Anyu Dali Hotel

The service is super good, especially Wandy, the service is 100+ points. She came to help us with our luggage on rainy days and helped us with our luggage when we left. The breakfast is also very good, and there is afternoon tea. There are also many things in the room, such as sunglasses and umbrellas, which are attentive and comfortable.

I saw the good reviews of Anyu when I was browsing a certain book before, so I chose to stay here when I came to Dali this time. I was not disappointed! The hotel contacted me in advance before I checked in to arrange the check-in matters, etc., which made me and my friends feel very safe ☺️The location of the hotel is quiet in the bustling city, very convenient! The staff in the hotel always smile, respond to requests, and are very professional, especially Vivian. I feel like she is a superman. I see her serving everyone wholeheartedly everywhere. I hope Anyu will consider hiring a few men so that these ladies don’t have to move the luggage so tired, after all, there are only stairs and our luggage is really heavy. There is another thing I have never seen in Anyu Dali, that is his breakfast! Anyu’s breakfast is really great! There are set meals, staple foods, buffets, and... fish maw and sea cucumber! What a magical operation~ It actually made us eat so well! From the welcome refreshments upon check-in to afternoon tea, fruits are available all day, and they thoughtfully prepared eco-friendly bags, sunscreen, nail clippers, masks, tissues, etc. for us... They also gave us small gifts when we checked out! I can only say, who else can I love besides An Yu? An Yu's design style is dark and quiet, and those who like bright styles may miss it~

I brought my parents to Dali and stayed at Anyu Suites. The hotel is not far from Renmin Road, very quiet environment, rich breakfast, and my parents are very satisfied. Special thanks to Anan and another sister and brother for helping with the luggage

The hotel is in the ancient city, close to Renmin Road, with convenient transportation. The style is a retro style of old house renovation. The facilities are very good and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich. The public area is very unique. You can see the clouds of Cangshan Mountain from the terrace. The housekeeper service is very considerate. Miss Vivian is beautiful and kind. The pick-up and drop-off are well arranged. I will choose this place next time I come to the ancient city.

It was my first time staying at Anyu, and I fell in love with it! The moderate decoration style, the configuration of 10 rooms, the exquisite breakfast, and the meticulous but just right service are really hard not to like. I plan to try Anyu in the other three cities next time. Because it is in the ancient city, it is not easy to find due to traffic control and road construction during holidays, but there will be a lady who will contact in advance to pick you up, which is considerate! I stayed in Dali for 4 nights and changed three hotels/homestays. Anyu can be said to be the ceiling!

Every time I come to the ancient city of Dali, I have to stay at Anyu. The architecture and decoration style are very tasteful, and everything made of wood is super high-quality! It was my first time staying in Anyu. The entrance looked much smaller than that in Lijiang. There seemed to be a military unit next to it, which made me feel safe. The road in front of the hotel was under construction, so the car couldn't get there directly, but the ladies at the front desk would communicate by phone and take the initiative to help with the luggage. They were warm and polite, and I could get timely feedback on any questions. They were very nice. The room was a little small, the ceiling was not high, and it was a little depressing. The wind was loud at night and I was scared awake😂, but after all, it was a reconstruction of a residential building, so it was understandable. Other than that, everything else was good, the supplies were complete, and I was very satisfied overall.
