Stayed with my girlfriend for a mini staycation. Place was nice. Staff was friendly. Room could have been cleaned.

Was disappointed that our room was not ready when we checked in. Had to wait a half hour which made us not able to change our clothes so we could be where we needed to be. We had a suite and it was very very nice. Would stay there again.

Very clean and well kept up. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were super comfortable, complimentary breakfast was delish (esp. the TX-shaped waffles!). And since we had just spent 2 days in a different hotel where lots of things were broken, it was a very pleasant change to have a nice room where everything worked perfectly!

Only one suggestion is to cut the bushes by the entrance it’s a really bad spot when trying to exit the parking lot.

Hotel staff friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. One suggestion: maybe have a pet station(waste bags and trash area) for guest who have dogs.

We were given smoking room whereas I have booked non smoking room. Upon requesting room change, front desk assistant told me that she can’t do anything.

Our stay was fine, but I wouldn't recommend traveling with kids here. The bathroom does not have a lock and my toddler would bust the doors open. We had to use a hair tie to keep it closed. Also, the front light switch has no signs indicating it controls the whole room. I turned it off thinking it would turn off the front lamp off. My husband was working on an important document on his laptop and it ended up deleteing when i turn the switch off. Highly disappointed..

Front desk customer service Mia was wonderful. This is an older property but clean and well kept. Room was clean and spacious

Overall, the stay was good. Breakfast was a little off. Biscuts where hard as a rock, but the gravy DID soften them up some. Bacon was cold. Breakfast staff was friendly and kept things filled. The front desk at check end was good and she checked in with us later to make sure all was okay. Slight smell of cleaning fluids when you walked in but not overbearing. Checkout was a breeze. I will stay here on future trips when going to be in that area.

I am so happy with my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites North Central, Dallas, TX that I will always stay there when the need arises to stay in a Dallas hotel. I will also recommend it to friends.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel. My room was extremely loud and next to the highway. Then I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom during the night. I checked out as early as possible and could not even bring myself to eat breakfast due to concern of cleanliness.

My GPS had me got off 75 at exit 6, which was after the hotel. Your night attendant was so helpful and kind getting me back on course!

Great stay and great view. I thought it was kind and considerate that they supplied ear plugs due to being located right off the Freeway. I didn't need/use them but thought it was a nice touch. Room was clean, king bed was amazingly comfortable. I missed the breakfast but having it as an option is a bonus for me. I would definitely stay again
