The receptionist was amazing, she helped me out when my iPhone plug didnโt fit in the walls and gave my an adapter for free.
Really great staff working there, 100% I will be staying there again next time I am in Malaysia!

Excellent Service of Employees: All Receptionist - and others.etc. Rosita, Lyn, Mizra and House Keeping Team. There is safety here as there are security here on Daily Basis. The Hotel informed that it is undergoing some Improvement and Construction; upgrading gradually over the time. Hence, I could understand that which is why the Condition of the Hotel is Average.
