The food was amazing the pool was green so no swimming.

Not a very good place to stay

it is really outdated

Hotel was nice, room is clean, transportation to Airport and Cruise terminal absolutely excellent.

Staff was nice and helpful. Shuttle driver was excellent. Facilitiy was very clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. Went to the pub onsite for dinner and to watch the football games. Little pricey but otherwise OK. Would recommend Rodeway Inn and will definitely stay again!

The hotel has a 24-hour shuttle service. There is also a small bar on the first floor with 24-hour service. There is also a small shop. If you don't want to go to the bar, you can buy good food and take it to your room to heat it in the microwave.

Was a little surprised that all the check-in people were behind plexi-glass cages looking like something out of a Pawn Shop. Check-in took forever, had to wait in line for 1/2 an hour. Food in the restaurant was excellent and room did seem very clean until I walked in the shower. The floor had the vinyl wood flooring which again looked very clean but when I stepped in the shower my black footprints appeared on the floor. Needs to be mopped every once in awhile. The gentleman that picked us up at the airport, Oliver?? was not friendly AT ALL. The gentleman that took us to the cruise port was very nice.

The listing states a shuttle service is included. After contacting the hotel and setting up a pick from the airport, we ended up waited over 2 hours and called the hotel back a minimum of 5 times only to be told that the shuttle was on its way. We ended up getting an Uber to drive us to the hotel. I attempted to work with the hotel staff on this issue and only found that they were combative, unsympathetic, unwilling to see that there was an issue on their side and take responsibility, and unwilling to appropriately put Customer Service first to resolve the issue. I was able to get some feedback from their shuttle service staff and confirmed my suspicions with issues on their side however, they were not forward and honest with us so as a result which left their guests waiting for an extended period of time with the expectation they were on their way. I also found that all shuttles were parked in their lot with no staff outside which was confusing as they claimed they were extremely busy (I have pictures to prove). All in all, I am very disappointed with this situation and will NEVER visit another Rodeway Inn again!! And will let all my friends and family know about this incident.

After a loooooong exhausting & frustrating wait at the airport due to bad weather and flights cancelled, it felt good to come into a clean facility with smiles to greet you at the front desk. Also! It’s was pouring rain, traffic and ETA for hotel shuttle was 20-45mins but to our surprise he was there within 10-15mins. Room: clean. Comes with a coffee makers, fridge, micro, mini vault and closet with hangers, iron with ironing board, tv thats works, Bathroom: spacious, clean towels.

When we arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle, they told us it would be at least an hour wait for it. We took a cab instead. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered the reason for the shuttle delay was they were being used to get people to the many cruise ships. It would be helpful if they said that there were no airport shuttles available during the hours they were doing shuttles to the ships.

Rooms were renovated and comfortable but doors are flimsy and not at all soundproof. This is basically a motel. Nice pool though and airport shuttle was good. Nothing nearby though.

The room is so beautiful and the people are incredibly profession and kind. The medalion is a good touch to the system. Food has good variety and yhe shops afe great thank you kindly for the on board credit. We will be sailing with you again.

Dirty! The sheets on one of the 2 beds in my room looked like they were used and the beds were made again instead of changing the sheets. Found long hair under the covers. Yuck! Property is awfully old and outdated. Terribly overpriced! Never staying there again. Staff was super friendly though. Special kudos to the shuttle driver picking up from airport.

We have stayed here before and they have done a great job of upgrading the bathroom and shower. It’s so convenient when coming/going to the Ft Lauderdale airport of Port. If you’re traveling by taxi or Uber/Lyft, help them watch for the turn into the parking lot. Many miss it as it’s also close to the interstate ramp.
