The hotel is nice and very clean. The front desk is very welcoming! ! ! Hope to have the opportunity to come here again

Nice property. Definitely worth it

Great breakfast with a nice variety of food to choose from.Also I chose this hotel because of the free shuttle service from the airport. The only problem was you have to be in the right area of the airport for them to pick you up so you need to know that..

I like the property. But don’t think I will stay again. It seems to now have a lot of escorts around the property.

The carpeting in the room had not been vacuumed

Not enough blankets or towels despite putting 6 people per room on reservation, waited 2.5 hours to check in and only one room was ready at that time so continued to wait for second room (far past 3pm check in time), rooms were dirty including hair in bathroom and on "clean" sheets.

Rooms are spacious. BUT Rooms are unkept, carpet never been vacuumed. Walls and couch covered in stains that I don’t want to think the origin of it. After complaining shortly after checking in, we were offered to move. Room was a bit cleaner. By that time it was after 11 pm, long day of travel. In the morning light we realized that we all having allergy issues. I contacted property management, who yet again offered to move us. We checked new room with maid supervisor. Same as the previous 2 rooms. Carpet had soooooo much garbage everywhere, couch stained. I asked that they just vacuum our original room. Supervisor was shocked that I preferred clean room vs moving. When maid vacuumed out room it sounded like she was vacuuming gravel. Supervisor cleaned the bathroom floor, she removed more garbage than I care to remember. Carpet in the hallway wasn’t in better shape of cleaning less. Dirty diapers on the floor not far from front desk,don’t leave great impression. As well other clients bring in their own cleaning supplies from the store and telling front desk about and receiving stare look. We stayed 3 nights. That was the only time room was cleaned. We went to front desk to get clean towels each day. In all years of traveling around the world. We never seen anything like it. We never come back to this property again.

Stayed here December 25-30, and overall it was okay. There needs to be improvements with housekeeping and breakfast choices

Me siento disgustada porque no hicieron limpieza nunca por más que yo pedí que me hicieran la limpieza, al tercer día es que la hacen, y ni aún así me la hicieron, estuve 4 días y nada, no limpiaron nada por más que pedí varias veces que me ayudaran, no hubo manera

Our time was good. The room was clean! Only issue was the delay to get our room.. it kept being pushed back and the reception lady explained that they were late on the cleaning because people were leaving the rooms later than the check-out.. unfortunately not our problem, they should be more strict on that because we were the ones stuck with no room

Carpet wet in front of air-heating unit. Bedding way too soft and coverings so heavy which resulted in foot and leg cramps. Spent remainder of night on couch. Room extremely large which allowed for walking off cramps.
