I didn't pay too much attention to the location, because we went there just for pure sleep and left the next day. The cleanliness is OK, but the fly in the oin**ent is that the bathroom lights are very dim, which is not very good for the senses. For the service, I told the hotel my membership number in best wersern when I made the reservation. I thought the staff could notice it, but it didn't. In fact, the experience of staying in a star-rated hotel will not be too bad, the comparison is to pay attention to the details. Set up, because it was during the covid-19 period, the breakfast was allocated by the staff, there were not many varieties, but it was basically enough. There is no milk. There is no milk. There is no milk.

Very happy to have been placed with 90% of our hockey team all together. Our stay was quite enjoyable. Was happy with the fitness facility. Note: The chlorine levels seemed a bit high and the pool area could be ventilated a bit better. Otherwise a super stay!

We had a 3 night stay for spring breaks with 2 young kids. The location is perfect for sports, shopping, and kid activities nearby. The hotel was full of kids, which is what I expected during this week. The kids loved the pool and the water slide:) our only complaint was that we had a mouse in our room when we walked in!!! We of course went to the desk and told them about the little critter (the kids were pretty worked up) and all we got was a “sorry about that, would you like another room?” And the critters were seen again and again in the hallways and in other rooms by ourselves and other guests. When I checked out, I mentioned the mouse problem again and they gave us a 1 night free stay for a future visit. Needless to say we won’t be staying again :)

It was great. Wish i wouldnt have booked during a buzy hockey weekend. Too many screaming kids. Otherwise great !

Excellent from check in to check out. Fast friendly service in all areas! The pool, splash area , water slide were incredible! With fresh towels always stocked and quickly replenished so no need to bring your own down from the room! 10/10 best pool area I've ever seen at a hotel! Rooms were beautiful & spotless. Also, the buffet breakfast was PERFECT. Staff are amazing at their jobs, professional and very organized. We will definitely return on our next trip!

Hotel.was nice, staff friendly, breakfast so ok but could have been better. Was clean for the most part.

Under renovations currently. We were hoping to get a renovated room but weren't so lucky.

Restaurant was not open. There was no room service. Air conditioner was difficult to regulate. Not much effort to accommodate guests over and above providing a room.

Pool was great. Water slide was great for the kids and the water wasn’t too cold. Awesome time 😊

The stay was great. The business meeting I attended was in one of their large rooms was good. One complaint was part of the carpet was apart and was creating a trip hazard around the chairs in the big meeting room. The lunch they provided was good at the meeting. Staff was very nice.

Close to my office. In house dining if you like and lots of dining options elsewhere.
