Hotel is pretty aged and hooks for hanging bath towels are broken and missing. Reception Zoe was ill-trained and had charged me rmb $499 when I had already prepaid. She actually charged my card for the stay even after she saw that my room booking had been prepaid She promised to process the refund on the next morning when I check out but nothing was accomplished except another promise made by a lady who claimed to be the FO Manager that was on duty that there was no charge that was made to my card but could not provide a confirmation by their correspondent bank. This is not true as my mobile phone had received a text message from Citibank in Singapore thar indicated that a charge of rmb 499 had been processed. She later provided a letter to guarantee that she will make sure that the mistake will be rectified. I am still waiting for my bank to acknowledge receipt of the hotel's initiation to revoke the charges made through their bank. Let's hope that I do not have to resort to writing to their regional manager to investigate the incompetence of the management at four points Sheraton under the stewardship of their general manager Johny Fan (范兴宇）

It was super hot and being able to walk back to the hotel and have a swim and relax during the day was perfect. Amazing breakfast but the bar is basically closed at the hotel.

Every time I come to Dayi, I will stay here. The room is spacious, clean and sanitary. The surrounding environment is also very good. There is a parking lot, the breakfast is quite rich, and there are many places to eat and play nearby.

The hotel facilities are very good, and the supporting swimming pool is also very clean. I went swimming for 2 nights and was satisfied! It is very close to Anren Ancient Town, and it takes only a few minutes to reach the ancient town, which is convenient for travel!

In early summer, I came to Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Anren again. It was shaded by green trees and had a beautiful environment. The front desk was quick to handle and upgraded the room. The room layout was reasonable. It was very pleasant to drink tea and enjoy the scenery on the balcony. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It is one of the best hotels to visit Dayi County!

A good place for hotels in ancient towns around Chengdu. The overall service is online, with a five-star entry threshold. Adults and children had a great time, and this is the third time. Chinese and Western food are both available here, and the prices are reasonable.

The hotel upgraded me to a suite for free during the holiday. What a surprise! So touching! The decoration is elegant! The breakfast is also rich! The environment is elegant! It feels so good to be woken up by the birds!
