Central location and very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with full view of Madrid.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Short walk to major tourist sites. Plaza in front of hotel filled with outdoor cafes.

The room is new, clean and comfortable. Wifi, TV, Location are good too. The only thing to be improved would be the lighting system, it seemed advanced and nice but the lights in my room turned on automatically twice when I was sleeping at night. Except that, everything is great, staff are nice too.

This hotel was everything we needed for our trip to Madrid. It is centrally located, walking distance from all main attractions. The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the rooftop and a restaurant on the first floor with the besf Ibericos in the area. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Hotel, large rooms with great shower. Walking distance to the Grand Via and Plaza Mayor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also parking at hotel for an additional fee but week worth it! Definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Madrid.

The property was in a great location, and very easy to access everything in central Madrid by foot! The room is very nice, a small courtyard view on a lower floor, however, it was quiet, and that was important. As a 4-star property, we only wished that they provided coffee makers in the guest rooms. Otherwise everything was great!

We stay here frequently and the front desk and concierge staff are the best. The breakfast buffet is varied, well attended and friendly. Walking distance to Atocha, museums, shopping, restaurant's and theaters. Only complaint is that the Plaza Sta Anna is noisy until late daily and trash pickup is early.

When I am in Madrid, I’ll only stay here! Best is the location, but the hotel provides impeccable service and a cozy, clean and lovely room. I love this hotel so much, spent 9 nights last year and bought my family this year for 3 nights. There is no better location!

Highly recommend this hotel - a bit pricey but overall- staff was great & helpful! Housekeeping excellent service; breakfast - not as great but simple- overpriced I think. Many breakfast options within walking distance. Location- excellent!
