This is a very modern quality apartment hotel, the staff and the service is very good, English could be limited but fortunately the manager Terry has good English and solved an issue I had in the room very quickly. He even gave me his WeChat so I can reach him for any issue, so his service was a big plus for me.

The hotel is located in the busy street where is easy to access many office buildings or shopping area.
The room is spacious, quiet, and comfy. I will definitely book this hotel next time.

Cute, very little rooms and no decoration like shown in the pictures. No mat, duvet touches or anything, so is a wooden jungle.
Bad mosquitoes and wifi. Wifi would not work at all.
Breakfast is very Chinese. I think this place is better catered to Chinese and not foreigners.
Horrible view into the slums of China out our window. Not worth the price.Nice,clean bathroom however. We were booked for 4 days and left after one night unfortunately. Definitely suited to some people,just not us.

Check out by front desk 王宇was smooth and efficient, deposit of 400rmb he mentioned will be reinstated by today. Housekeeping 宋君did a great awesome job, room was neat and tidy, well-done and keep it up. Washing machine comes w washing and drying, suitable if you want simple cooking, there is a gym and yoga room. About 400m to nearby subway. Back of the hotel apartment you can find affordable local food. And there is a few massage shop across the hotel. Will come back again, highly recommended 👍

We had a get experience staying at CM+ Serviced Apartment Beijing Huashang. The staff were great, Terry and Amy were very help and advised on placed to visit and how to get there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, a present stay!
