Nice location, close to port

I made a reservation for a hair braid at the reception. I was told it would cost 400 yen at the time, but on the day I was told it would cost 2100 yen, which I was deceived by. The staff's attitude was bad, my hair was messed up, and I felt depressed. I will never stay at this hotel again. There were a lot of bugs floating in the pool. There were ants walking around everywhere in the room, which was disgusting.

The location is good, close to the pier, the room is big enough, fully equipped, and convenient for cooking and laundry. Everything else is pretty good, nothing special.

The location is near the Denarau pier, it is very convenient to take a boat, and the hotel environment is good, but only the master suite is comfortable in the suite, the other rooms are too small, and the air conditioner is very loud, so we have to turn off the air conditioner.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. A relaxing place to stay.

Stayed 2 nights before heading to the Yasawa Islands. Our flight arrived early in the morning but they allowed us to check in early and catch some much needed downtime. Proximity to Port Denarau was super convenient. Pool was nice as well.

Great location, only 2 mins away from Denarau port. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Terrace Apartments for 9 days and it was fantastic. We were in a two level, three bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable and had lots of room. It had a fully equipped kitchen which was great with kids and had multiple bathrooms and spaces which allowed us adults to have our own space. Bedrooms were great and were all air conditioned. The location was a short walk away from Denaru Port which made going on day trips a breeze and you have all of the restaurant and shop option conveniences. Staff were all very friendly and assisted with everything which made the stay very easy.

Large, clean and well appointed apartment for my family of 5. So close to the marina which have so many dining options and shops. After being in the area, much prefer walking distance to the marina then being in the other bigger resorts. Also the receptionist was so lovely and helpful and may our stay even more enjoyable. Look forward to staying again when we return to Fiji

Exceeded our expectations the staff went above and beyond great service care comfortable beds clean rooms thank you highly recommended to family oriented vacations self contained kitchen with all cutlery pots and pans special mention to Kajal at the reception thank you for being wonderful host will be back

Highly recommend as place to stay as a family. Significantly cheaper than the resorts with plenty of family space. Has a nice salt-water pool. For the resort experience can always day-trip using the Bula Bus

Arrived late and had easy check in and help with luggage. We were taking the ferry the next, day and they stored our excess luggage until our return in four days

The apartments come with kitchens a lovely lounge and bedroom and their proximity to the Marina are absolute selling points. They are a bit away from the Sheraton, Sofitel, Hilton, Wyndham resorts so you need the Bulla Bus to connect to these but for a lower priced facility, this has everything you need and, in reality, the cruises all depart from the marina across the road where there are a good array of dining options at reasonable costs.

Awesome property if you are doing day trips to islands etc as super close to port and dining options. Also fully self contained so could cook.
