The hotel room is very nice, the decoration style is modern, the area is large, and the cleaning work is done well. The building where the hotel is located has a sense of character and age, but the breakfast is relatively simple

Front desk staff was super polite and helpful. We had a great experience for the night! Walking distance to many bars & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. Girl at the front desk was awesome, Valet was too. They let us check in early which was awesome since we were going to a noon Red Wings game.
Stadium was a few blocks away, can't wait to stay there again!

The hotel is clean, updated and located close to fabulous restaurants and entertainment. But the highlight was the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful; from our check in with Mike, the valet staff, the bar staff at the Monarch Club on the top floor, the enthusiastic breakfast staff to our check out staff member. They all were great! Thanks for a great stay.

From the moment we arrived the service was top notch! Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. I am Detroit born and raised but needed a place to stay overnight for a concert nearby. The hotel was in close walking distance of LCA, Ford Field, and Comerica Park. The included breakfast was amazing and cooked to order. Very cute and quaint. Will definately stay here again for all upcoming events.

Very clean and well done hotel. Room was very nice and spacious. Staff was great and accommodating. Great location for restaurants and ford field. Valet was great but odd to find space to get out and transfer keys. Room was a little loud being right above the exit of a bar, but wasn’t a problem once it came to sleeping

Beautiful hotel in Detroit. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Walked to Little Caesars for a Red Wings game and Ford Field for a Lions game. Area around hotel and stadiums is clean, safe and very walkable. Hotel requires valet parking at $42 a day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the Detroit Thanksgiving Day parade steps from the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and walking distance to anywhere you need to go in downtown Detroit. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful to any request we had. The Monarch Club upstairs is beautiful and a must stop in for a cocktail or tapas. The staff at the club made us feel so welcomed as well.

Second time my wife and I have stayed at this location. Both times have been fantastic. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Valet is one of the best and most professional we have ever experienced. Rooms are super clean and zero issues. Location is great. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spacious rooms, clean, perfect location.
But the incredible staff from the women at the front desk, to the employee who took the time to walk us to the breakfast, we were blown away why the attention to customer service

Very well located near the Little Cesar Arena. With near by restaurants, parking and bars. The rooms are large and comfortable, with 2 queen beds (comfortable mattresses and pillows), large and well equipped bathroom, desk, etc. Complimentary breakfast included, rooftop bar. Very nice hotel!

i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff was super nice as soon as we got there. check in was smooth & we actually had 2 more people come with us & they were able to accommodate us to another room to fit the 4 of us. 5/5 in my opinion, will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. It's very a convenient location to many shops & restaurants. It's even within walking distance of Comerica Park. Which we were impressed with since that was the reason for our stay. We also were happy to know that we were allowed to leave our vehicle parked with valet even after we checked out so we could attend the game. They also allow you to store your luggage there as well while at the game. I definitely 10/10 recommend staying at Element by Westin!
