Except for the small window that cannot be opened, other facilities are good. There is a lot of hot water and the mattress is OK. Hygiene is okay. In terms of service: Since there are relatively few service staff in the hotel, the young man at the front desk who received us and the salesperson on duty that day both added a lot to the hotel. The overall feeling is good."

I had just fallen asleep when I heard a loud noise coming from downstairs, like they were pulling steel bars. It was clearly a design flaw in the hotel, yet their attitude was extremely poor; they said it was 9 am and it was their turn to clean and make noise.
