Nesuto Docklands

Due to airline problems, I have to stay for a day and make a temporary online reservation. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. I rented it for one night. I originally planned to leave my luggage, but the staff allowed us to check in early. Thank you very much. The room is large and comfortable. The view is open and you can see the Ferris wheel. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, which is convenient for people who cook by themselves. The bed is large, the mattress is moderately hard, and the toilet is particularly large, which is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The washing supplies are complete. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to get to the "SkyBus" station by car, and it's free of charge. Next time I come to Melbourne, I will also stay in this hotel.

On Tuesday, July 17, 2024, I left a down jacket in room 817 at Nesuto Docklands Melbourne. That night, when I realized I had left the jacket in my room, I immediately called the hotel. I made two calls that night, and the hotel told me I had to wait until the next day's housekeeping to find out where the jacket was. The next day, I called from morning until afternoon, making more than seven calls in total. The hotel staff kept telling me to wait. They said the room had not been occupied. Just now, the hotel still hadn't gotten back to me until I called them again, and they said they couldn't find my jacket. There was also a couple of cash inside the jacket. I don't know how the management of this hotel runs the place, but such a large jacket can just disappear. Please do not stay at this hotel, and if you do, never leave anything behind because you won't be able to find it.

parking had issues as even tho we paid for it the scanning card never worked so had to go to reception everytime to refund the ticket every time we came or left the hotel. They offer rlly small shower gels and hand wash in a tube so it’s not sufficient. had to ask them 3 times to fix our door as it did not close. once we left our room keg inside our room and asked reception to give us a spare to get in and the guy was cranky and rude about it saying we already asked them twice when we didn’t. Rest the room itself is good

Overall a great stay in Melbourne! Excellent service from the hotel and the room was very comfortabe and clean.
