Terrible customer service. Worst hotel I've ever dealt with using trip. Avoid

I stayed at this hotel when I flew to Domodedovo. Very convenient, especially for flights at night. When I was full, I had breakfast and dinner, all of which were made up at the buffet. If you have any shortcomings in the room, you can ask at the front desk. The room was very quiet and I didn't hear the neighbor's voice.

Close to the airport. Clean room. Delicious lunch and dinner. Thanks to the ladies at the front desk, they checked in early and found that the air conditioner in the room was not working. They changed our room without any problems. Thank them very much.

訂三人房結果給了二人房，理由是我們衹有二人入住？！房間還有蒼蠅，床墊太軟，沒有飲用水，盥洗室用具衹提供一套？！總之，除了離機場近以外，一無是處！

適合臨時機場落腳，非常小和經濟型，2樓餐廳24小時自選 相當於國內海友客棧，就是最普通最經濟的那款，除了便宜，機場巴士

Месторасположение это единственное что понравилось. Сервис на нуле. Начиная от работы шатала, заканчивая работой администратора отеля (полное равнодушие: сломался лифт и на это замечание не было никакой реакции, упала с багажом спускаясь с лестницы, никто помощь не предложил, но когда подошел другой постоялец то администратор ожила).

Бронировали на одну ночь, так как прилетели ночью, рядом с аэропортом, чисто, заселили быстро, удобная локация выезда в город

Находиться рядом с аэропортом Домодедово, большой плюс свой транспорт отеля, привезли и увезли бесплатно! Вкусная еда в ресторане, не дорого! Постельное белье чистое, в номере есть все необходимое для отдыха! Рекомендую!

酒店在機場出門右手邊向前直走，距離機場很近，還可以泡澡，完全不用擔心距離太遠，真的很方便。 到前台辦理入住記得出示護照和電子簽證打印件，還有入境記錄表。

I was quite worried after seeing a bunch of negative reviews on TripAdvisor, but my booking was non refundable, so I risked it. At US$45 per night (for a middle tier, "standard" room) don't expect a Ritz-Carlton experience (there will be no valets with silk gloves and no Renoir painting on the walls either), but the place delivers great value for the price. Positives: A clean, decent sized room; a comfortable bed; only a 5-10 minute walk from Domodedovo airport terminal (if you don't want to walk, a shuttle is also available, running every 15 minutes or so). Negatives: the WiFi at 2 Mbps is slow - bring your own SIM; Breakfast buffet arrangements date back to Year 1 B.C. (Before Covid), a reasonably good food, but shared utensils to take it - bring your own hand sanitiser...

Suitable if you need to rest one night not far from airport. Shuttle bus service, breakfast, wireless internet are available. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are clean. There is car park area and restaurant within the facility.
