環境：酒店大堂沒有空調、連電風扇也沒有，悶熱極了。樓層電梯大堂及走廊無論日與夜都是黑沉沉光線極為弱，令四周環境陰森黑暗。走廊的光線來源只靠每間房間號碼牌上的壁燈來給光，沒有主體燈來照明，令顧客難以尋找房間。 衛生：衛生環境非常差，房間內無論水樽、一次性牙刷、床邊櫃都是滿滿塵埃，牆壁油漆的灰脫落到滿地都是。還有大大的蜘蛛在牆上四處走動。 設施：淋浴間沒有門或浴簾遮擋，令淋浴後四周都濕漉漉，容易滑到。 服務：本人在酒店登記時把網上預訂酒店資料給前台服務員查核訂單編號時，他沒有經本人同意下擅自使用我的手機把預約酒店訂單取消，此舉極為不尊重。因此服務此項完全不能給予評分。
