It's a treat for myself going this hotel. It's yearly I stay here to give time for myself after or before celebrating my birthday with my friends. Working in Dubai for 11 years and I'm creating good memories here so I choose to invest happiness not money. It's my heart decision and I'm comfortable to Stay in this hotel. Very accommodating, staff are kind and they wake up me with a surprise cake.. I wont forget the memories and happiness I invest here. Being alone doesn't mean we are unhappy. Choosing to be happy is depend on us. Our self, our choice, our happiness. Thank you citymax for 1 night stay that fullfill my yearly goal during my birthday. I choose you because my heart choose it. We indulged in a truly comfortable and welcoming stay at StudioM Dubai. With an exceptional comfort and friendly hospitality, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the cozy accommodations to the attentive and welcoming staff, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend StudioM Dubai for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay.

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Mahesh, Upendedr, Arjunand Anil are a fantastic house keeping team. They attend to the guests very well, courteous. This is my longest stay in the hotel (4 days). Rooms are kept very neat and clean. Keep it up boys. Mall of Emirates is nearby which adds attraction to this hotel.

Just returned from another trip to DAM and once again it did not disappoint. I booked directly with the Jumeirah website this time, so thankfully no drama at checkout time this year. My previous reviews capture all that is good about this property. personally I don't go to DAM for the waterpark, however feedback from the kids was that it is looking very tired, that aside nothing much else to quibble. The front line staff at DAM are fantastic and that was the same again this year. from the staff taking care of the rooms, at the beach/poolside and all the restaurant staff. Special note to Mylene, Ashu and Neha at the Arboretum; we saw them every morning for breakfast for 2 weeks and some evenings when we went to the Arboretum for dinner. Neha; whether morning or evening, constantly smiling and never seemed to stop. Fantastic energy and enthusiasm for an extremely challenging job. Ashu who noticing that my wife was suffering from a cold offered and made her a hot drink with Ginger and Lemon at breakfast - it was unsolicited, he did not have to make the effort - however he did and these are the memories that make a stay special. I just hope DAM management recognise that it is the Neha', Mylene' and Ashu's that make their hotel special and they are rewarded for their amazing work.

Nice hotel overall. Nice rooms and amenities. My one issue is with some employees assumptions when they see a man and woman walking in the hotel and room together especially in the evening. And only seems to apply when a women is not wearing an abaya ‘’moderately dressed as some would call it’’ When in doubt simply be nice and tactful and ask nicely without the condescending tone and look. Remember hotel customers are the reason you have a job.

I love that hotel. Everything there was amazing including the complete environment and services from all the staff. Especially the services from the boat, arriving and leaving the beach. It’s like you don’t want to leave this wonderful place and the beach. Thank you so much also to the new people which I met and for sharing friendship and good experiences.

It was our second time visiting Marriot hitel dubai. Everthing was perfect as i expected and room condition, breakfast, and all the facility was wonferful. Also the bell man ”Gourav” was so sweet and welcoming us all the time. Thank you for everthing and I will definitely visit here again.

I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we came from a 5 star hotel in Dubai Downtown to Rove City walk and honestly this hotel I loved even more than the 5 star one. The breakfast is incredible, you not only get a buffet breakfast but you can pick items from the private menu, I was getting the Açai bowls and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough! I would do anything to wake up to that breakfast at right now, I honestly think from now on this will be my go-to hotel. Absolutely loved it and the staff are soo accommodating and helpful, anything you need they will provide! Thank you Rove Team
