Top swimming pool, top beach, just the room cleaning service where we had the room not cleaned over 2 days. Breakfast varied but identical every day.

帶着一家老小入住，這是第二次來酒店了上次來的時候海灘在維護沒有去海灘這次雖然入住的一天的時間但感覺很好，到了酒店因為開齋節酒店繁忙但是衹等半個小時就安排入住了期間去逛了一下沙灘，工作人員每個人都很友好笑臉相迎積極的幫助我們辦理入住把我們送到房間解釋房間裏的設施。晚上很安靜大家都睡得很好！下次會再次選擇

Because there is no towel recycling bin on the seats by the pool, many people left their towels on the seats, so that the seats were still occupied in the afternoon. The reception capacity is completely inconsistent with the hotel price 4. Breakfast at Porter Housey. Because we asked the hotel service staff at the time, their answer was that everything was edible, so we chose the nearest restaurant. There are very few types of breakfast, only some bread, sausages and salads. The ingredients are very, very stale, and we reported the breakfast problem to the hotel manager at the time. The bread is very, very hard, and the sausages and bacon are cold. The drinks are only orange juice, watermelon juice, and milk, and there is no other choice. Very good

the best point I can consider about this hotel is the nice beach and swimming pool. I really loved the moments I've spent there. The breakfast was great you could be served outdoors. Also the door bells were really friendly and great. They completely helped guests and showed the facilities. There were 3 restaurants in the hotel which you could serve your dinner near beach. Generally it was ok. I didn't like the theme of the rooms.

Sofitel the Pam Dubai’s Laguna restaurant has good food and drink list. steakhouse’s four hands dinner is great value with wine pairing! I celebrated my birthday there and the complimentary dessert was a Wagyu beef shape chocolate cake! I also Went to the gym as well during the day with good facilities.

I stayed in the hotel with my family during the Chinese New Year. It was a great experience. The facilities were complete, the staff had a great service attitude, the breakfast was very rich, and the room type was great. I will choose here again next time.
