Nice hotel and well managed

The resort is huge with plenty of facilities to entertain the kids. My daughter have plenty of fun at the kids club and the various pool. The spa facilities is good too but the masseur I had definitely is sub standard.

Heaven on earth, perfect in every way.

Great hotel as usual. I book this to my couple friend visiting first time Dubai since I have a good experiences with this Sofitel I recommend it to everyone and I book to any of my guest in UAE as top choice. Breakfast generously alot of varieties optional choices. The room I book is big and nice with palm view. Only the issue the weather is too hot in the beach and we cannot stay too much either also in the pool. I request for some suprise gift for the birthday gentleman and the Sofitel staff did there best to impress the gentleman as always. They do beyond there limit and it's make me amaze and the guest who stay that they feel welcome always. Great job Team Sofitel Dubai the palm. Till next time.. Jeffrey Bernadas :)

Our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm was truly exceptional, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the amazing team who made it so memorable. A special mention to Adel and Neha from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to assist us when we faced challenges with a local payment. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication were truly commendable. We also want to express our gratitude to Samuel and his team, who greeted us daily with warm smiles and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamlessly handled, setting the tone for the impeccable service we experienced throughout our visit. The Housekeeping staff deserves recognition for their attentiveness and thoughtful turndown service. From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable. If you’re staying at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, we highly recommend exploring the hotel’s restaurant options. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a diverse range of choices. The in-room dining service was equally impressive, with a variety of dishes that catered to every craving. Thank you, Sofitel team, for creating such a remarkable and memorable experience. A great hotel for a family vacation or without) . The most important advantage of the hotel is the staff, the service, thought out to the smallest detail. Wherever you are, you will be treated with attention in everything - administrators, personal assistants, waiters, maids, just the whole staff is very friendly and everyone knows their business. Thanks to everyone who works at this hotel every day, you are doing a great job! I also want to express my deep gratitude to Himanshu, he is wonderful! It was my son's birthday and he organized a birthday cake. It was excellent. Many thanks to Himanshu and all the staff!

the best point I can consider about this hotel is the nice beach and swimming pool. I really loved the moments I've spent there. The breakfast was great you could be served outdoors. Also the door bells were really friendly and great. They completely helped guests and showed the facilities. There were 3 restaurants in the hotel which you could serve your dinner near beach. Generally it was ok. I didn't like the theme of the rooms.

Sofitel the Pam Dubai’s Laguna restaurant has good food and drink list. steakhouse’s four hands dinner is great value with wine pairing! I celebrated my birthday there and the complimentary dessert was a Wagyu beef shape chocolate cake! I also Went to the gym as well during the day with good facilities.

The rooms are decent but a bit small for a family with kids. Service requests took quite a while, but buggy calls were prompt. The pools are great, and breakfast was enjoyable.

Amazing hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. I got the signature suite and was worth every penny. Pictures do not sell the suite so I had to take a leap of faith and it paid off,would definitely stay again.
