The place is very accessible to everything. As soon as you get out of the hotel the public transportation is very easy to access. Dining places and other recreational place. The room is very neat and the staff was very accommodating.

The room is clean and spacious. The aircon is working fine. The staffs are friendly even though we checked in late at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fulfilling.

A hotel like this in Negros Oriental , Philippines is quite upscale than the competitors.

All staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.

The Sierra is a great property in the midpriced range, in a great location with great service. Be sure to include breakfast in your stay. Well worth it. Minutes from the boulevard and Silliman campus with the ocean within walking distance. Aircon keeps the rooms cool even on the hottest of days in Negros.

Senior asking for assistance to help her luggage to carry down stairs to avoid delay on her flight and it took the staff or management too long to help.and when the assistance came they didn't bring any trolly no initiative.causing them to delay more.the senior have been waiting 30 mins for assistance.

This hotel is better than i expect, the staffs are so very nice, also the beautiful ladies in frontdesk , and the guys who serve from breakfast.👌 ilove the genre of there rooms so very classy. and they pick me up in the Airport going to hotel for free. i recommend this hotel to my friends here in zebu, They broke the Scale 10/10💯

This is the best service in all of the Phillipines. The ribs and potatoes are amazing. We enjoyed two days here last month and returned here Friday for two more. I don't want to leave tomorrow but have to return to Dipolog. The staff is always smiling and greeting you. They truely look like the enjoy working here. Great place.🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

No way is this a 3 star hotel more like a 1 star. We planned to stay a week but ran after 2 days. They have some cheek charging 3800 pesos a night for what's on offer. We couldn't get a soft drink at 11pm on a Saturday night, if you wanted bacon for your breakfast it was an extra charge, what they did offer for breakfast was completely inedible the bread was like cardboard, the tiny bars of soap and little sachets shampoos in the bathroom were like something out of the 70s, the towels were old and worn, the tvs in your room didn't work, the list of complaints we all had were endless, no point going into them all. The only redeeming factor was most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our advice to anyone planning to stay here is avoid this place like the plaque, there are much better hotels in Dumaguete and for better value too. Will never return.
