Sunstone Plaza Hotel

Conveniently located just off the highway, the hotel boasts a beautiful environment and spacious, clean rooms with complete amenities. The buffet on the first floor offers a wide variety of fresh dishes, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Eleven years ago, I got married here. This time, I brought my wife and two sons. It still brings back youthful memories. The hotel facilities aren't old; the materials were probably decent back then. It was also very clean. The service was good; they even gave me ice with my beer delivery. I must mention the breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, including local specialties like Lu'an ugly steamed buns and wormwood cakes. I'd definitely come back again!

1. Terrible front desk service. I booked a month in advance, and when I arrived at the hotel after 5 pm, there were no rooms available. They even had to make room for us on the spot, so my wife and child slept for almost an hour. The front desk staff were very rude, offering to change us to a standard room without offering a refund. 2. Serious safety risks. There was a broken utility knife in the stairwell, and when we pointed it out to the staff, they were completely unconcerned. 3. Terrible room service. After checking in, we found excrement residue on the child's toilet seat. The hotel staff even asked if the toilet seat was from the hotel! Didn't they recognize their own property? We wiped it several times but couldn't get the residue out; we had to clean it ourselves. In short, a very bad experience.
