Hygiene is worrying. Check-in towels see pictures. Not recommended. But Ctrip after-sales service is very good.

Excellent accommodations for the price, with reasonably spacious and very clean room, large and very comfortable bed, and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The only problem was an issue getting on WiFi (which clearly has been a recurring issue based on the staff’s response), but after speaking with staff and then their IT department, they were able make it work. All in all, a really nice stay!

We have stayed at this property before and it is super convenient and the staff are fantastic but this time our room wasn’t good at all. The air conditioning didn’t work, they sent someone up to check on it and it was never fixed, just basically a fan blowing which was really annoying. On top of that, the air filter was filthy as was the air vent. It just wasn’t good and I was hot all night.

Beautiful upscale hotel with a delightful view of the woods. Extremely helpful staff, great accommodations, a delight to stay there. I definitely would choose this again and recommend it.

I would not choose this hotel if the ad clearly marks breakfast is not included. There are several hotels in this area with similar price include breakfast. The front desk staff is not very friendly and does not want help customers. She gave me a room and when I ask whether the room is facing the highway or not and she replied that she did not know. As the front desk clerk, l am sure she knows but she just do not want to answer. And when I swiped my credit card for deposit, the transaction has gone through and she kept having doubt that the card has not gone through. And she asked to show her my card. She read out loud of last 4 digits of the card. I felt my privacy was distributed to public.

A buzzing noice came from the vent outside the bathroom. Turning off lights didn’t make it go away. Very annoying.

It was very easy to make the reservation, the staff were lovely, the room was very comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The room was located facing the highway and could hear semi trucks and driving by all night making for restless sleep. Also, asked for an hour past check out, 1:00 instead of 12:00. My husband had an appointment at Duke Cancer Center and unsure about the timing. Front desk person told us no and we had to check out before 8. There was no attempt to accommodate us.

Staff was wonderful. We had to switch rooms and were helped by Pio. Thank you for everything. Everyone was wonderful

Our blankets were dirty. We asked the front desk to bring us clean sheets and the new sheets were dirty as well. So we left and checked out. I would like a refund

I asked for a late check out and was granted it with no questions or hassles or additional fees.
