Staff was friendly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room was extremely clean.

No heat, no offer to move rooms and “alternative” heat source was insufficient. When asked for additional blankets, I basically was accused of wanting to steal them. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a new grandson born and living right down the road, I would have left and gone to another hotel.

Perfect place for us to stay, all staff super friendly and helpful. Constant wiping down, keeping the place clean. The place is even dog friendly, and you would never know it! We definitely would stay again, and bring our doggos!

Good overall experience for a small mid tier hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Nothing fancy but a good overall experience. Worth considering if you are staying in the area

We stayed for two nights. Due to Covid, there was no cleaning service which was the case at every place we stayed in AK. The rooms are definitely economy - no fridge, no hair dryer, no coffee maker and can't control thermostat (the room was exceedingly warm). But it was clean, there is free WiFi and a flatscreen tv - and we didn't want to stay in Anchorage which was much pricier. It's only 20 minutes north of Anchorage so the location is perfect. The pix on internet show ceiling fans but we did not have one but there was a fan in the room.
