Heritage Hotel Lancaster Reviews

Difficult to check in. Had to call just to find out where the check in desk was. It was on the second floor.

As I am asked for a review of the Heritage Hotel, I thought I usually just ignore this type of stuff, but I must say we were extremely happy with this choice. The obvious reason is is that it was close to our event at the dinner theater, however the room was perfect. The Bartender Sammy at the Loxley's lounge was great to say the least, and we wished we could have stayed another night or two, but it wasn't in our schedule, however we will be back! Please let them know they have a great staff!

I didn't know I had to walk up two flights of steps to check in and check out. I am still waiting for them to send me my final invoice. It is the last day of the month and I want to upload it.

Older property undergoing some renovation but friendly and helpful staff. Nice area but not a modern facility to be clear for all travelers. Overall would consider again given dining options, proximity to Giant supermarket, gas station, etc.

Nice place to stay, very clean in the rooms. Construction made it difficult to find the front check in.

Clean and quiet room. Great restaurant attached. The only thing that could have been better would be the pillows.

The hotel stay itself was fine. The place is a bit dated but was clean and served our purpose for needing a hotel for a volleyball tournament. I barely post reviews but it is almost comical how bad the breakfast was at this hotel. It was basically inedible. We ended up eating bagels with cream cheese. I spit out the scrambled eggs, the pancakes fell apart, and the blueberry muffins tasted like sand. How do you mess up a blueberry muffin? Everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and we ended up just having an early lunch someplace else. The waitress was really nice though so I didn’t have the heart to tell her how bad everything was. Luckily we had vouchers because there’s no way I would have paid 16.95 a person for that.

Clean, but dated. No usb ports in room & climate control not good. Convenient to highway, and various food,banks,gas. Restaurant & bar attached very good.

Older building, but a nice stay. Bed was very comfortable. I wasnt expecting a lot from this stay, but the staff was kind and the room was clean and comfortable. A lot of food options nearby and close to Spooky Nook. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean but old. We had to call housekeeping for a toilet problem which they fixed immediately. We were lucky that our room was warm because the heat vent rattled so we turned off the heat for the night.

Convenient to the theater where we were going. The facility had an odd smell to it that I found offensive. If you wanted breakfast you paid extra & it was a buffet so we didn’t go.

Nice rooms. Extremely friendlly and helpful registration staff at check-in . Liked so much we stayed extra night. Not originally planned.

It's always a comfortable cozy stay. The beds are comfortable, the room lighting is suttle and cozy, the towels are always fluffy & soft. It's very clean, perfect location close to all the highways in the middle of everything, friendly staff. This was our 6th visit to the hotel. I look forward to it each Thanksgiving weekend.

Great place for a short stay whenever we have a basketball tournament. Great bar and restaurant attached and Dunkin’ is right next door. Not the most modern place but it’s clean and the staff is great!
