The room was disgusting. We found belongings from another guest. My husband moved the chair so I can use the mirror while getting ready and there was food crumbs, dirt, and items under the seat. The couch had a rip on it. Definitely not worth the price. Floor around the kitchen area wasn’t properly cleaned. Front staff was nice but the cleaning was not up to par.

It was an amazing stay from start to end service was great. We checked in and 2 minutes into getting into our room the front desk called us to ask if we are ok. This was 10 out of 10

Room was very clean but bed wasn’t very comfortable and sheets were not very soft. There is also a lot of traffic noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have coffee and a small bite for breakfast in the morning also.

My room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. I appreciate that they are pet friendly. The coffee bar in the morning is a nice touch. I stayed here to visit Bally's Twin River, but getting there was very challenging. Maybe that will improve when all the highway construction has been completed. My only negative is their appeared to be a lot of trash and they parking lot. I would stay here again.

Clean room and very soft and comfortable bedding. Check in staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was minimal.

Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location. Room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy but what hotel isn't? Hallways a bit dirty.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotl has been newly redone!

The room has an odor to it when you first open the door. Other than that, the room and property are clean and well maintained. Has every amenity for those staying for a bit.

It was for a 1-night stay. The hotel is located in a safe, decent place, the hotel room was very clean. Very happy with the service offered. Only disappointment was there was nothing to have for breakfast. Even the coffee has to be made with coffee mate which was terrible. It was mentioned as free go-to breakfast and there was nothing available. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Friendly staff, quick check in , comfortable beds, very clean , quiet environment, modern rooms. i will stay there again if needed.

No moisturizer of any kind. Hair conditioner, lotion, body wash. None of that. Thin blankets

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. I especially liked the countertop space. It was large enough to spread open my two suitcases. The midnight staffer who greeted us was wonderful. The only problem we had was the smoke alarm going off that caused us to have to exit the property for safety. But the staff was great and they knocked on all the doors to make sure we exited and were safe. I would stay there again.
