Ocean Blue is a medium size resort. Not small. Not huge like Iberostar. However it has lots of fine dining (5) onsite just like the huge ones. Their beach is perfect with lots of free cabana like shaded seating. Only surprise was our scuba shop was onsite but actual dive boat was 2 resorts down the beach at Iberostar. A 10 minute walk, no problem. This side of island a bit choppy for diving. Smoother on South side. Resort super clean, safe and friendly staff. More young families and older couples. No Spring Break teens! Highly recommend this resort for families.

Great location on one of the best beaches in Punta Cana, beautiful landscaping, good and large pools, the square where the themed restaurants are located is simply beautiful, each restaurant has its own character and best of all, you don't need to book in advance!
Point to improve: at the end of the week, there was an excess of guests, there was no food at all meals and the hall was very busy. The food is also quite simple.

Had a great stay. Carlos took care of everything we needed and we could just relax. The communication between ******* and the resort for things like transportation to and from the airport could be smoother.

Typical all inclusive tropical resort. Very poor communication from all aspects. There is no butler service and room service was not reliable. Terrible check-in process, crazy process to make any dinner reservations. All inclusive does not include top shelf booze. Food was OK. We were "eaten alive" by bed bugs and sand mites (even with a shower before going to bed). I do not recommend this resort.

The staff and the grounds were excellent rooms were very dated and food options. Just OK. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This resort was so good we came back twice in four months!
The second time around however, we were disappointed to see so many cigarette butts littering this beautiful resort. Smokers had no consideration or designated spots for their habits and thus infiltrated the clear ocean air.
Otherwise, I 10/10 will always recommend ocean blue and sand! See you next time!
