Excellent customer service. The facility was clean. The room was very clean. Also love that it was a very quiet area.

Excellent location, right in the heart of El Tunco Beach. The hotel amenities were really good. Very clean place. Excellent service. I will go again and I recommend it if you want to be in the El Salvador Surf City 1 area.

The staff waa very helpful and friendly from the person at front desk to the parking . ALL VERY NICE

Fabulous pools. Comfortable bed, we slept very well. Good choice of breakfast, excellent service. Netflix on TV. No fridge in room or hairdryer. Bottle water and toiletries available. Great location. Spotlessly clean room. Only one downside was building works actually on site. The whole top floor of our block is being rebuilt. The front desk did not let us know this was happening, or offer complimentary drink or meal as it was inconvenient. It is noisy by the pool and a couple of times debris fell near our apartment. If you are communicated with well you can prepare but no explanation or apology was offered at all. Disappointing.

This property is all you need and more! It is extremely clean the rooms are good size with comfortable beds the pools are very nice as well It is steps away from the ocean ,shops restaurants ,bars,music and wonderful sunsets. It’s amazing will be back soon.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of el tunco. The staff is very friendly made me feel like I was having royal treatment. The rooms were also very clean and the food was good although pricey just as everything else in the area

Great place to stay!!! Walking distance to bars , restaurants & stores. Beach is 1 minute walk !!! Perfect Location !!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. I stayed in one of the rooms with a beach view and the sunsets from the balcony were great. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable the full trip. The restaurant downstairs is solid and the pool was perfect. Overall extremely happy and would stay here again.

Good facility, centrally located in El Tunco. Within walking distance to the shops and the beach. The towels smelled dirty, but overall the facility was good.

Overall the property staff was great , but the room they gave us had a lot of stairs and next to a bar , we had our mom who is a senior and had trouble with her legs and basically we had to carry her up the set of 10 stairs , we asked for another room they told us that this is what I got with ******* they were not very accommodating with our needs , I still paid an extra $86.00 US for my mom as the extra person in the room, our room Aldo had a bad sewage smell in the bathroom. I think they need to work on customer service for tourists like us who travel all the way from Canada . The free breakfast was good and the location overall in my opinion .

The whole place was very clean. The pools are very well-maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets are large and very clean. I really liked it and I definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant (great view and very good food), clean rooms, and super friendly and helpful staff. Would visit again

Our room did not look like the pictures. It was pool side. No fan in the washroom. Shower ran cold every time. Bugs on the floor. Good for 1 or 2 nights not longer.
