"Spent New Year's Eve at this accommodation! The location is quiet, in contrast to the stay!! There is no shortage of barking dogs/yappers! Very annoying and sleep-inducing, but the barking actually causes insomnia! When asked how the stay was, I indicated that this absolutely should be a compensation for the costs incurred, especially on a date like this! I was then thrust into a 'business' card with an accompanying explanation to put everything in an email because the employee in question couldn't do anything! Naturally, this is a futile action and an action unworthy of service! You don't feel like having to explain everything all over again via email after such a hopeless stay and subsequent explanation. Service, grossly inadequate, but a justified outcome after multiple stays! In my opinion, these kinds of recurring problems should be handled verbally and on-site! The location is beautifully situated, but the rooms with a view, on the other hand, are once again inadequate; overlooking a kind of courtyard surrounded by a small, high-rise apartment building where 'all' rooms look out onto each other. As a result, your balcony isn't a nice spot to enjoy the view for a moment, or to do a 'naked ice dance' New Year's dance after a very hot shower! The way to the rooms is also strange; you go right at the reception and then left, where you then walk through the restaurant/bar—naturally with all your luggage struggling to get to your room—while everyone can happily observe you enjoying a drink and a snack! So don't check in during dinner time, unless you don't need to go that way for your room or you actually enjoy being watched with your Louis Vuitton suitcase and your Chanel bag... Unfortunately, it is a beautiful location with plenty of parking space, but there are also a lot of wheels parked there; it looks cozy 'during the daytime,' but in other seasons too, it is neat and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The coziness in the room is nowhere to be found; unfortunately, I don't have a photo of it, but a carpet refresh wouldn't hurt at all and is actually highly necessary for the money you pay for it!! I'd say, go have a good time there, but avoid your room and don't expect regular customer service, but maybe newcomer service! I don't know! Go give it a try..."
