Khayalami Hotel - Ermelo ★★★

African Sky Ermelo Inn ★★★

"I had a one day work trip, I arrived at the property at 14:30 , I was checked into a room that had no wifi and TV remote was not there, noting that I had to walk a distance to one of the last rooms on that floor I was sent from pillar to post in order to finally change my room, even then I had to ask someone to help with my luggage to change rooms. Staff need more training on how to handle these situations , I was only settled in my room at 17:00 and the phone was also not working for room service. "

Lallapanzi Country Stay ★★★

"I had a lovely stay at Lallapanzi Country Stay. The host was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The weather was a little gloomy and chilly during my stay, but the electric blanket was a perfect touch and kept me warm and comfortable. There is also a fireplace for those really cold days, which adds to the cosy atmosphere. The only challenge I experienced was connecting to the Wi-Fi, but aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Lallapanzi Country Stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"
