This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. The rooms were spotless & beds extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vivanta in Cochin.

It was a very great experience staying there. We met very cooperative and friendly staff over there. Enjoyed your food and it was scrumptious. Last but not the least thank you for making our stay grand.Architectural beauty of the hotel is also awesome.

The overall experience is amazing. I can’t be more grateful to the entire team at Vivanta. They were courteous, smiling, welcoming, happy to help. Never have i experienced such good service. The breakfast was amazing. The in room dining experience was great. The check-in & check-out process was smooth. The only let down was the room. Not so great views and the bathroom was under maintained and old. Will still recommend to stay. Cherry on the top was the location. Cheers guys..

Vivanta after renovations wears a vibrant look.The staff are warm, attentive & helpful. The view from the room had a glimpse of the waterfront was beautiful in the rains. The rooms size is ok with all amenities. Impeccable service & comfortable beds ensured a good nights rest. Bubble cafe serves authentic Kerala cuisine ( some of best you can experience) ***** a large variety of other cuisines.

Very reasonable hotel with clean modern facilities and an excellent breakfast buffet. We also used the spa facilities which was a mediocre experience. Therapists did not feel particularly experienced and spoke throughout our massage treatments. Basic, no frills hotel, but most importantly clean.

We stayed in Vivanta on a business trip for 3 nights. The top two floors have been renovated and the rooms are very nice , we got the one with a harbour view. The staff is very courteous,ready to help with a smile. Special mention for Varun,Vishnu,nitin,sujit and kartika, mostly because these are the names that i remember, but every staff went out of the way to serve. A warm thank you for all your efforts.

Worst experience on check-in it took 45 minutes and room was smelly and suffocative Too expensive dinner buffet in the comparison of food variety. Welcome letter should placed in room, not in the guest hand. Rest all other connectivity and views were good

Very good ambiance and the quality and taste of Buffett is highly appreciated..Have to mention all the staffs especially Mr.Dinu from housekeeping,Ms.Sneha from Bar,Ms.Karthika from restaurant,front office staffs and resturants staffs.. couldn't remember all the names but can't forget the special service they offered..

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Kochi. Courteous staff and delicious food. Well connected with the airport and all parts of the city. Hygienic and we'll designed rooms, catering for all the requirements. Hygienic washrooms and well maintained.

The rooms and view is very good. The bed is comfortable. The buffet and a la carte menu is very tasty. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. Overall a very nice stay.

Great location but more importantly excellent service!!!!. First trip to Kerala and this hotel made it a memorable experience.

The room stay was good being at close to sea location. However, the North Indian food options are very few in breakfast as well as dinner and it is seen that stinking sprouts are recouped everyday. As the hotel location and other facilities are good, it looks hotel needs review of food options and quality review to enable retaining Taj brand value and it's customers like me.
