ROOMS: spacious and clean. Good-size bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony. Every room is equipped with a safe, fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Vanity kit is upon request. LOCATION: next to the lift to mountains, 45min drive from the airport. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. FOOD: good breakfast included. There is restaurant on site, where you order smth with a help of room service. Dishes are good, prices as well. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, spa, small store with snacks and soda in a reception area. Ice upon request. STAFF: polite and friendly

This chain 4* hotel is located in the mountain village of Esto-Sadok on Krasnaya Polyana near the beginning of the cable car station 540. For the period of stay, you can climb one station up to 960. Around a large number of cafes and restaurants. There is a large underground car park. The spa area must be booked in advance. Good size room with comfortable bed and large LCD TV. There is an additional sofa and a table with a chair. In the bathroom - two sets of three towels + towels on the floor, good cosmetics - shampoo, shower gel, body milk, soap and shower caps. A good breakfast - vegetables and fruits, meat and cheese cuts, egg porridge, stew or turkey, sausages, there are pastries. One of the best breakfasts I've seen in 4* hotels lately. You can stay with pets here! In general, an excellent hotel in Krasnaya Polyana.

I spent 10days in this hotel in July 2021 and I should say my stay was great. Fantastic location, everything is very near, cable car is in front of the hotel and it's free for the hotel guests.The staff at this property are all great! Totally recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it’s everything you are looking for and more for a solo trip! The location is great, rooms are clean spacious, staff members are friendly and very helpful! The only thing I’d like to mention is that there are close to none vegan options available at the breakfast buffet, which is sad since it’s the only place you can have breakfast before 8-00 am if you are an early-riser like me. However, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants which serve some variation of vegan friendly foods, located in the area, they open after 8-00 am. Overall, this minor issue didn’t affect my general impression and I don’t pull recommend this place to anyone, whose planing a trip to Krasnaya Polyana:)

Read before you book!! The hotel was extremely disappointing. The advantages are the location, nice staff and breakfast. But the disadvantages completely crossed out. The main disadvantage is the rusty water from the shower, which makes it impossible to wash in. No matter how much you drain it (we waited 15 minutes), it still comes out brown from rust. The administration does not react to this in any way, except to say - drain the water. This is not what you expect from a hotel for that kind of money, where you essentially can’t take a shower after skiing. There is no lobby as such in the hotel; it looks more like a small front door in a house. The elevators are extremely slow. There is a sauna, but strictly by appointment, we couldn’t get in at a reasonable hour. But all these are small things compared to the rusty water from the taps, which is impossible to wash under! For that kind of money there are plenty of other decent options within walking distance from the ski lifts. Avoid this place! (I invite the administration to respond)

Filmed at the Courtyard by Marriott from May 15 to 19 Executive Suite N1702 with tour participants. There were six of us living together. The service is excellent. They brought champagne with fruit to your room upon arrival, and they responded immediately to any whim. The room is new and clean. Chic. 4-room (2 separate bedrooms at different ends of the room, a huge living room with a kitchen. It has all the necessary utensils, including a capsule coffee maker, everything for tea, chicory, sugar. For me PPshnik it was very pleasant. Large 2 bathrooms, one of them with a window. A dressing room in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a spacious wardrobe with a safe, a flashlight, a sewing kit, and a clothes brush. The 4th room was an office with a table, a couch, a large mirror and a panoramic window with a view. lifts and the Mzymta River. The hall also has panoramic windows. The most comfortable orthopedic mattresses and pillows, professional bed linen. In the bathroom: toilet paper, hair dryer, dental kits, solid soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in plastic bottles, shaving kits, shower cap, miniature body lotion, 30ml kits with cotton pads, swabs and fluffy towels. Everyone was happy. I chose this hotel mainly because of its location - the very center of the Krasnaya Resort. Polyana 540. The lift is right at the exit of the hotel, the lift is free up to a height of 960 with a card - the room key. Breakfast is very high quality. I was pleased that there were a lot of good cheeses, butter fish, and there was a separate children's corner with treats for the little ones. The chocolate brownie is incredible. All dishes without excess salt and pepper, just right. Wide variety of food and drinks. Coffee from a coffee machine. You can make it and take it with you in a glass. Oat milk for those who don't drink cow's milk. Everything is taken into account! There is a small sauna with a relaxation area and showers. Gym. Therefore, a month later I returned to this hotel again with a friend. We lived from June 18 to June 20 in standard room N2516. Everything is also chic and clean. Everything that was required for this room category was there. Cleaning every day. The same cleaning lady already remembered me)), we always agreed on a cleaning time without any problems. Very friendly. In the evening, upon request, spoons and plates were brought to the room. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm flying to this place again tomorrow! The air is magical, you can eat with spoons, the sound of the river, shaggy green mountains. I'm in love with Krasnaya Polyana.

отель Courtyard by Mariott , оставил положительные впечатления. У нас был отдых посвящен горным лыжам. Отель в нижней части Красной Поляны, что идеально! На верхних уровнях много отелей : Novotel, Rixos и пр., но там несколько ресторанов и только горнолыжные спуски и все...А в нижней части Красной Поляны и потрясающая зона променада, с магазинами, ресторанами, spa и пр.Зона пешеходная, очень красивая, все рядом с отелем Coutyard by Mariott, особенно, порадовало расстояние до подъемников-менее минуты пешком!!! В номере чисто, есть все, включая утюг, сейф, холодильник, чайник, гладильная доска тапочки и так далее. Уборка каждый день. На первом этаже специальная комната для хранения спортивного инвентаря, есть спортзал, сауна. Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные. В кофе автоматах на завтрак готовится ароматный кофе из прекрасной арабики, это чувствуется, а не , как в большинстве отелей из дешевой рабусты. Завтраки берите здесь обязательно, не пожалеете. Кровать, матрас , подушки, обеспечили приятный сон, все достойных характеристик. Стены украшают замечательные абстрактные картины, в стиле Марка Ротко, что навевает определенную умиротворяющую атмосферу. Отелю ставлю высший балл

Были семьей из трех человек в январе 2024 года. Очень понравилось! Крайне внимательное отношение персонала к гостям, всегда помогут и подскажут, где и что расположено, куда можно сходить, дадут зонтик в дождь. Завтраки отличные, есть и каши, и сытные позиции и сладкие на любителя. Никогда не оставались голодными. Но лучшее это пожалуй расположение, до канатной дороги идти буквально 1-2 минуты, для лыжников очень удобно, также можно зайти по ключам на первый уровень канатной дороги, погулять наверху. В комнате для горнолыжного оборудования на первом этаже всегда находили место для ботинок и лыж, даже когда возвращались с вечернего катания, хотя загрузка в отеле была приличная. В общем, однозначно вернемся в следующем году!)

Отличный отель, где все продумано идеально: от встречи на ресепшен до завтрака. Прекрасно оборудованные обновленные номера, очень предупредительный и профессиональный персонал, идеальная чистота. Качественный завтрак с широким выбором блюд. Очень хорошее место расположения в самом центре курорта, комплиментом пользованием 1 очередью канатной дороги. Отдельно отмечу персонал: четкая, слаженная работа, всегда улыбки и неформальное участие.

Останавливались на пару ночей в Марриотте Кортъярд- расположение отличное! Рядом подъёмник, множество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус! Отметим « Общепит» - хорошие цены и вкусная еда! Перекресток в пяти минутах ходьбы, в торговом центре есть Аквапарк. Сам отель состоит из двух корпусов, были в том, где ресепшен и завтраки. При заселении нас несказанно обрадовали апгрейдом Делюкса на Гранд Делюкс- номер классный со своей кухней и огромной террасой! Постель- невероятная, косметика- отличная, завтраки - вкусные! сервис- прекрасный! Нам очень понравился отель.
