Easy access from where we were at the time. Easy and fast booking/confirmation. Clean room and exactly what we needed for the night.

Older hotel but it has been kept up pretty well. My only issue is that the rooms are small and the beds are really small - doubles instead of queens. People are very nice and the breakfast was good.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! High quality construction, a comfortable place to talk to people who are also staying there, great breakfast meal, very clean room. Highly recommended! Reasonable price also!!

The cleaning/maid service personnel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Having a designated parking spot was very nice.

Owner operators were very friendly and I cannot say enough about Gabrielle at the front desk-she was wonderful. If I had a choice of someone to be the representative of my business, I would choose her! Outstanding customer service and always with a great attitude and smile on her face. Give her a raise!!!!!!

Third time we've stayed here when in Fairhope! Awesome, clean hotel with exceptional friendly kind staff. Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels and we've never been disappointed! Fairhope is a fun town to visit and staying ay Key West inn saves you some money while visiting the town! Highly recommend!

We have been here many times and all of the staff are wonderful!
Kudos, I did mark cleanliness a 4 because I take baths and the soap, etc are too high. Also where the tub wall meets the tub base is dirty under the ledge of the wall of the shower. Still, love the property, people and the area! Excellent stay as every time before!

Place was clean and friendly. Only thing is older hotel with outside doors not all inside like all newer hotels. Room was large and very clean.

Basic but nice place. My only gripe is that housekeeping apparently has a routine of wheeling big linen bins in front of each room VERY early in the morning, they are very loud when they do that. A little far off of I10 for a road-trip stopover. Fairhope looks like a neat town.

The hotel is very tired, looks like something from the 70's.
Furniture is ripped and worn. Towels are very thin and a grey color. The breakfast was okay. Will not stay here again.

Looking for an economy stay while visiting family...found this gem. Very conveniently located. The people were very friendly and breakfast was a nice perk.
The room we had was on the main level with a covered pavilion just outside our room which turned out to be the hang out for guests who wanted to talk on their phones or watch TV while on break during the night. We could hear all the conversations and hear the tv programs. Had to ask management to make them tone it down to sleep. They were gracious and it became quiet after that....lesson learned. If you stay there, find you a room away from the pavilion.
