Good value for the price paid

I had an unexpectedly great experience stopping here on a cross-country road trip. The hotel seems to be partway through a renovation and there are parts that are blocked off, but it looks like many of the rooms are already done, and mine could not have been cuter, cleaner, or cozier. I loved the art, color, and design. The bed was really comfortable and I liked all the places to store things. The only hot item at breakfast was waffles, but there's a Waffle House just a couple blocks away where I grabbed a great, inexpensive breakfast. This hotel has easy access off and on the interstate and is close to multiple gas stations and convenience stores. The coffee at the OneStop nearby is great. Would definitely stay here again if needing a place to stop in the area.

Just an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the area.

The staff is nice and friendly. We thought the balcony would be outside. We were surprised when we discovered that it overlooks the enclosed indoor pool that is under construction. Comfy bed.

Our check in went fine - no problems there. Room was clean. There was no sink area in the bathroom - only in the coffee area. The pillows were small and VERY lumpy. A loveseat beside the bed looked and felt fairly worn and the reclining button on one side was broken. I asked the receptionist the night before what time breakfast was served and she stated 6:00 and that it was a continental breakfast (none of the good stuff, like eggs, she said). The next morning we began loading our car just before 6:00 and there was no one in the breakfast area putting food out and the light was not turned on. We came to check out at 6:00 and it was still the same - no one putting food out and the light still turned off. I asked the receptionist and she said, "Oh, the light is behind the door". We went in and turned the light on to find a very small amount of food available, with absolutely no indication of how long it had been sitting there (it was definitely not fresh that morning). There were a few muffins and some slices of white bread, a couple of types of cereal in dispensers and three apples that did not look fresh in a bowl. There were no bagels with cream cheese (verified this with the receptionist). The food looked so old and stale that we didn't dare try it - we went down the street to McDonald's. The morning receptionist acted like she was not interested in folks coming and going. We will certainly avoid staying at this hotel in the future and do not recommend it.

The hotel was clean, but the building was older. We were very disappointed on the breakfast menu choices.

Lovely lady checked us in. Room was larger than expected, and property is quiet.

They dont really have much parking for truck and bus....they are renovating. However the room was nice and clean. Front desk lady was great.

We stay here pretty often, and the upgraded rooms are really nice, for the $$ it's a clean,and safe place, and close enought to walk to a few places to eat. The local Mexican place is about a 2 minute walk. Only thing that could be better is some added water pressure, and hotter water. Other than that really good little place to stay.
