A cozy hotel with all the basic facilities we need. But a little bit far away from the hotel to the most of attractions. But good thing is there is a lot of good restaurants nearby.

The front desk employees were friendly. The breakfast was very good with many choices. You can order eggs fried, scrabbled or an omlet. The 2 people in charge of breakfast were super nice and attentive. The view from the 7th floor breakfast area was amazing.

Hotel is in a great location very close to most all of the sites to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had three rooms for 4 nights, and it was my daughter and her family's first time in Italy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the view was looking at the Domo. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will definitely be back. 10/11/2023

We had a junior suite and it was very spacious.The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is very nice. The location is fantastic!!! The breakfast is served on a terrace with a lovely view. One of the best breakfasts during our trip. The ladies working in that area are very attentive and you can order eggs/omelets etc. all hot and fresh. Finding taxis is a bit of a challenge so we had to walk to the train SMN train station which was not very fun but doable.

This hotel could have had it all but unfortunately it does not. While it is in a great location, one of the best that we have however when I woke up at 4:30 for my train and went to take a shower I was startled when the it wouldn’t warm up in the slightest. I waited 15 minutes while moving the knob left and right to attempt at warming it up. I eventually had to concede and shower in the cold, with my boyfriend following to do the same. We went downstairs and checked out and the hotel receptionist barely said they felt bad or gave any explanation as to why it was like that. When I spoke to my mom and sister who were traveling with us they stated their showers were also cold. My mom called the hotel and they did not help. With that all being said, I don’t recommend the hotel for that but for the location and cleanliness I can’t complain.

Perfect central location … you can walk anywhere easily… great breakfast … large rooms that overlook the Ponte Vecchio… friendly staff… clean.. they have a garage nearby for your vehicle (unload at the hotel and they take it for you). Simple, easy and lovely hotel.

This is a great place to stay in Florence especially given the affordable price! The room I had was very large and the bed, linens, and pillows were great. The location can’t be beat, very close to everything but the room is pretty quite from street noise. The AC had a very annoying high pitched whine, but worked well so can’t complain too much since it was super hot. I didn’t get the breakfast as I felt 18 euro was very steep and found a great cafe down the street where I had a filling breakfast for half price. Overall this is a good place to stay in Florence!

Spacious, well appointed room with a gorgeous patio space. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Conveniently walkable to many attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is a 100 yards from Ponte Vecchio & 200 yards from the Uffizi. The breakfast on the roof is to die for, with amazing views, super friendly staff & good food choices. The whole hotel was renovated within the last 10 years... highly recommended.

We are booked here in a few days this week and just informed them we had an unexpected death in the family, forcing us home early. They still intend to charge us even though they could re-sell this room in an instant for an elevated last minute price.

Great location a minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Spacious, clean, modern room. Not huge amenities but fine. Skip the breakfast option - overpriced, overcrowded and very limited options. Not enough space for guests to dine and very limited staffing. Felt crowded and rushed and options were slim. Not at all worth the $. Somewhat friendly staff but not especially welcoming. One plus - a block to the open air leather market!

The overwhelming strength of this hotel is the location, as it is literally steps away from the Palazzo Vecchio and right in the heart of Florence. It is surrounded by numerous dining and shopping options, and is close enough to walk to practically anything you would like to see/do while in the city. For as good as the location is, the hotel does not fall far. The rooms are great size, they are designed beautifully and the staff are very nice/helpful.
