The front desk attendant, Anthony, was discourteous and neglected to verify the hotel voucher or our confirmation for the registered name, causing inconvenience to us as Asian customers arriving from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta. Despite prepayment, credit card authorization, and a 27-day reservation made two weeks earlier, entry was denied, with Anthony citing overbooking without examining the provided hotel voucher or confirmation. This resulted in an unpleasant experience for a group of 8 people, including a delegate falling ill due to the cold weather, making this property not recommended for stay. Please avoid this property!

Booked for a late check in but front drakes was closed and no answered the phone after multiple calls. Next morning, guest service was extremely rude and not helpful Blaming the customer and denying my refund. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Absolute worst hotel in the world!

Hotel cancel reservations and was trying to charge me $100. Hotel didn’t allow me and my children to stay. Had to sleep in car with children.

arrived at 10:20PM, no desk clerk, no one to answer phone. Credit card already charged. No one to check me in room. Called numbers on door. No one could help.
Charge already on my card. No one can confirm a refund.
No one can tell me anything.

I visited twice before the plandemic I think is was fairly new at d time and I liked it it was clean I believed so I book again 2 years later room was not clean dusty, long hair in d Bed I found my last day which I slept in uncomfortably i had my sheet I slept on top of the floor,AC unit n tub dirty the tissue on d floor from dragging to see how dirty d floor was i clean and sprayed lysol they had the nerve to have you sign covid sheet but room nasty (bugs) spider I saw a roach. There was no tissues I had to go get n complain l was told to report to manager on Monday cant say I enjoy my stay i was uncomfortable and tired
