I have no complains my stay was really good

Location is very close to the 75. Friendly staff. Room smelled like damp carpet. Bathroom clean and tidy with extra towels. Parking ok.

The hotel is very convenient, with many shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants around. But the hot water in the room takes a long time to be put in, and the water flow is relatively small. Everything else is acceptable, and the breakfast is average.

The check in people were very considerate with my wife and her medical problems. It is not the hotel, it is Fort Myers. It was my last night here. Tomorrow its off to my new home in North Carolina. They are killing this area with to many people.

When we came inside the room there was blood in the toilet so we flush the toilet And some towels had hair and also the body soap was not dispensing properly and also there was not a mirror besides the bathroom. Other than that everything was good.

This hotel was convenient for us to visit Ft Myers for a weekend and the staff was very helpful!

The stay was great... front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, only thing we noticed was a little rust around the drain in the tub. Our room was very relaxing

Great customer service oriented staff. Immaculate room, excellent amenities.

My flight got in early and the desk staff was able to get me in right away. Thats about the only positive thing. A/C wasnt working properly, hair stuck to the walls mostly in the bathroom, bathroom doors were rusty and there were many stains on the floor. Top it off after i got back to my room from a very long day of meetings and running around I found cockroaches in my room. Also found stains on the sheets that looked fairly fresh. Couldn't get into a new room so I had to stay in the same infested room. I was told by one desk clerk they would refund my trip, that has not happened and I left the next day and just ate the cost. Would not recommend this location if there are other options.

Surprised at location’s proximity to restaurants

Very happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean and everything worked! We were worried that there might be a mold problem due to the hurricane last year, but there were no musty smells. Would definitely stay there again.

It was exactly as advertised bonus was the service with a smile.

Only problem i had was i had a facecloth in my room that had a few sketchy spots on it so i had to go down to the front desk to get another 1

The room was filled with roaches. It was absolutely disgusting. Then there was no other room like the one I had reserved. So I couldn't even be moved to a clean one. That of course ruined the entire stay, as I needed that specific type of room, and had to cancel the entire week's travel.
