The May Day holiday was almost over and we decided to go on a whim. The kids had a lot of fun and were generally satisfied. We arrived at around 5 or 6 pm. Because we missed the afternoon tea time, the customer service Xiaofang delayed our check-out time the next day so that we could enjoy a free afternoon tea time. The snacks were very delicate and cute, and the kids loved them. It might be the end of the holiday, so there weren't many people taking a hot spring bath, and the experience was good. It was drizzling on the first night, but fortunately there was a pavilion to block it, and it was comfortable to soak in warm water without getting cold. The hotel staff are all very good, responsive, and quickly solve any problems. Special thanks to Xiaofang, the front desk staff, who is very patient and caring, especially for the kids. The Ultraman room made them all reluctant to go home😘

The hotel is a bit old, and the decorations are obviously old. The service is good. The children's bathrobes were delivered quickly. It happened that it didn't rain at night and the temperature was not high. The children had a good time in the hot spring area on the fifth floor. The Xiaopeng charging station inside is too simple and slow charging 😅

Because it has been raining recently, I chose a hotel where I can walk my kids indoors. I arrived at 2pm. Because the room I booked had not been cleaned yet, the customer service upgraded our room for free and we were able to check in immediately. Chen Xiuhua, the attendant at the children's playground, was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The children had a lot of fun. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
