Do not check in after hours. I waited 30 minutes for the guard for check in. He was not at the guard house. When he got back he wanted me to go to the back of the line of cars that had gathered while waiting. By this time there were a minimum of 12 cars. I said no so he threatened me to call the cops if i didn’t go to the back. I told him i waited patiently now over 30 minutes and i was not going to move. He eventually opened the other gate to let the line of cars through and finally helped me for check in. Other than that unit was clean, beds were ok. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Did not use any of the properties amenities while visiting.

The pros….. There was large enough room for our family to stay together. There is a private pool The property is a short walk to the resort amenities. Although all the amenities close early (6 pm) The cons….. This property is in desperate need of updating. Furniture is very old, stained and in need of cleaning. Carpeting is stained and frayed and in need of cleaning. Ice machine never worked. There is not one bowl in the kitchen and only one small tray for the oven. The wood table as well as the wood furniture in the bedrooms was old scratched and stained. The mattresses are uncomfortable and stained.

The property was in bad condition. This is oue third day hear without air conditioning. This is unacceptable. Nobody answers our complaints. How could you offer this property for people who only wants enjoy with the family

Clubhouse is never open at a reasonable time. Not enough staff on sight to help. Our pool heater never worked…. And they never came to fix it after we called. Victoria was the only employee around and she was helpful.

The property was quiet, clean and spacious. I didn’t like that we had to pay a “resort fee” when we didn’t even use it. And I feel parking should be assigned to your condo.

We have stayed here twice now once with the old owners CLC and now with IDILIQ. This time around we chose a 3 bedroom with a pool and to our surprise it had been tastefully remodeled. We love staying there the location is excellent and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is they don’t put extra toilet paper in the units. So late at night when we needed some I went to the guard shack and was told that I would have to wait until the next day when the office was open to get more. Instead I went to the gas station and bought some because when you need it you need it. I highly recommend this place but also recommend bringing an extra roll or two. 😉

The house was very clean, the area was very quiet. There was enough space for a large family and no one lacked private space throughout the entire house. The pool was well utilized by the kids daily..

Beautiful place. We enjoyed a lot our time there. Vanessa in the front desk was very kind and explained every detail perfectly.

It wasn’t cleaned well & didn’t supply garbage bags or toiletries. When asked they said they do not supply any but we were never informed and the website says toiletries are included. The heater/ac stopped working so we were very uncomfortable our last 2 days. The pics do not match the home. House needs to be cleaned properly and have some repairs done. There were very loud guest up all night near us that woke up our children. Overall not satisfied with home or staff

Nice to be able to stay in a home like setting. We were on an end unit and enjoyed the hot tub. Fairly quiet but also kind of loud for me, not the world’s s best construction… pretty basic with just the bare essentials. But overall convenient and a nice stay.

AC issue the night before Thanksgiving. Maintenance was there and had issue resolved within an hour on Thanksgiving Day. TY!

Unlike the property except that what I am expecting are 1 King, 2 queens and 2 twins but instead we got 1 king, 4 twins and 1 queen.

The condo smelled like cigarettes, it was hot and we were unable to change the temp on the A/C. In 2 of the 3 bedrooms the beds were uncomfortable and the ceiling fans made a noise when they were on and it was hard to sleep. At arrival we were supposed to be charged a fee and they did not charge us and I had to go back another day for the office to charge our card.

Great property. A little bit of a drive to Disney but it was nice. Might stay again for next time
