Great breakfast but very bad service at reception when they find out that you made reservations through the website... great apts and food in the restaurant always perfect

Good morning, I was in this hotel 9 years ago and I went again because of its hospitality towards tourists. I liked the hotel, especially the attention of Letizia at the Reception and the Waiter at Night. The breakfast was very complete, a great variety of cakes, cold cuts, breads, juices and jams (in addition to coffee, chocolate and tea). Dinner was more or less, not because it was ugly but because it was not varied every day, (there were 4 nights). with the same menu) The rest is excellent, I don't need a luxury hotel.

I always like to write about the places I know. In this particular case, I liked (and was pleasantly surprised by) the hotel, since many comments left it in second place and far away from the sister hotel Foz Presidente Comfort. They both share a pool and buffet. To begin with, the rooms are very comfortable, pleasant and even spacious. You may notice in the bathrooms (due to the material of its accessories, for example the sink or the toilet) that it is somewhat old, but it is still a very good option. Let's add the EXCELLENT attention of all the staff, all willing to satisfy the needs and give rise to a pleasant stay in the place. The staff is dedicated to solving any inconvenience or question that arises during their guests' stay. They all pay special attention and care to tourists without any distinction. And I can note how they have treated me and how willing they are to solve problems or inconveniences at the moment. In my particular case I must say that my reservation was affected at the beginning by a problem with the reservation card and yet they took care of solving the problems and staying me with the same conditions as when I had made the reservation and that it was canceled. .. and the hotel full of tourists. They could have easily left me aside and yet they resolved the conflict. I tell you that the breakfast is excellent, abundant and very complete and varied. The buffet dinner is very good, with delicious food and obviously abundant. I recommend the half board option (breakfast and dinner), when it comes time to arrange dinner they will thank me. The pool and pool bar are excellent. This hotel is worth visiting and staying in. I would return without hesitation to stay there. I recommend the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor, very comfortable. Thank you all for allowing me a great vacation.

We've been going to this hotel for years and it's always better. Attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, restaurant always with a variety of dishes, super complete breakfast. Parking always has spaces. Close to av. Brazil for a walk in the late afternoon. I highly recommend it.

Tiny bathroom, no blanket, very old room. Hotel with peeling paint. Horrible breakfast! The maids passed by shouting and making noise. I felt like I was in a tenement. The worst stay of my life.

We really liked the hotel!!! People are super early, they lend irons, there's a games room but tokens are paid separately. Super comfortable room, freezing cold air conditioning… in short, nothing to complain about. Detail of the super clean and treated pool. We really liked it, we intend to come back more often.

Excellent breakfast, I needed to change rooms I was attended to promptly, staff were polite and helpful, I recommend it, this is the second time we have stayed at Foz Presidente, there are rooms for all tastes and budgets

large structure that serves two levels of tourists who enjoy the same space as a restaurant and swimming pool, Good service team but only one negative point, in the economy rooms the smell of sewage is annoying.

Old room, soft bed, bathroom in need of urgent renovation, room close to the elevator that made a lot of noise. Fourth floor access via stairs. The breakfast is excellent but made at another hotel next door.

The hotel room is very old, there are no sockets especially near the bed, the bathroom is very old, there is no counter to put anything on, the old window, with a moldy wall, I didn't like. What saves it is the breakfast, out of 10 for the coffee.

We were very well received, a great value for money hotel, wonderful. I can't stop talking about breakfast...and dinner...people, it's simply WONDERFUL!!! Highly recommended. Close to everything, great location!!

The hotel is very good as it uses the Presidente Confort structure.

Excellent reception! Great coffee! Clean and very green place in the pool area. Spacious room! Silent! We really liked it!

Very good, stay in economy and there was a lot of noise, the staff probably upgraded to comfort for a small fee. Everything perfect!
