洗面所の排水溝の臭いがひどかった。 受付に伝えるとすぐに別のお部屋は用意してもらえました。 お部屋を掃除した時に気づかなかったのかなととても疑問でした。 お部屋の入り口が狭いですが、お部屋内は広くベッドも寝心地は良かったです。 レストランは、種類豊富ではありませんが、おいしくいただきました。

部屋もホテル全体が清潔で、ベッドも広くゆっくり出来ました。朝ご飯も美味しく、お昼ご飯も食べましたが安くてとても美味しかったです。また博多へ行く機会があれば利用したいです。

It is best recommended for solo travelers. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and full of amenities. The location is near the subway and city centre, e.g., Hakata for accessing the train or bus by using a tourist pass, and Tenjin for shopping or eating.

博多駅から少し離れますが、どこに行くにもアクセスのいいロケーションです。お部屋は広くは無いですが、ベットは広く快適でした ポットの蓋のパッキンがついていなかったため、沸騰後もずっと沸かしっぱなしになりました。やけどの原因にもなるので改修して欲しいです

Отличное расположение! Рядом любой транспорт и метро. Добраться до любой точки города быстро и удобно. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, аптеки и мини-маркеты. Уборка была странная: мои вещи оказались раскиданы. Были чужие волосы. Скорее всего, сотрудник клининга был из другой страны (не Японии)(я видела таких в других номерах, болтал по телефону, был не внимательный). Кроме этого всё понравилось.

I have a tidy personality and am a bit sensitive, so I thought a lot about choosing this hotel, but it was perfect! The facilities were nice and clean, they changed towels and water every day, and the hotel staff were friendly. Is it a newly built building? I'm not sure, but the toilets and beds were clean anyway. Next time I travel again, I want to go here. The location is also convenient as there is a bus right in front of Hakata Station and Tenjin Station, and the taxi fare to the airport is a little over 2,000 yen, so it was really convenient.

I went without any expectations, but it was really great! The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable. The staff are all very friendly too. The location is great as it is in the middle of Tenjin Yakuin.

The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the bus goes right to the door. The front desk staff are so friendly and accepted my luggage storage for one more day. The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western styles.
