衞生：超級乾淨
設施：設備齊全
環境：公寓13層。
服務：老闆超級nice！離福州南站超級近，坐車超方便，晚上下面好多小吃，不想吃小吃快餐，小炒很多，晚上還有很多燒烤，串串吃，旁邊又是陽光天地商場，就是方便。

非常好的一家民宿。去之前，老闆就和我聯繫，熱情告知酒店方位和客房密碼，並且將我訂的普通大床房換了間面積更大的商務大床房。房內裝修一新，設施齊全，除了一般的設備，還有沙發、茶几、冰箱、洗衣機等，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。本來我訂的是入住三天，後來臨時有事要提前一天離開，老闆又主動給我退了一天的房費。如此體貼周到的服務，讓人贊歎，以後來福州還住這裏，五星推薦。
