Pullman Properties in Fuzhou

First, let's talk about the negatives. The concierge service was really poor. They watched me struggle to load heavy luggage into my car without offering any help. Second, I appreciate the hotel allowing me a late checkout until 2 PM, but then a staff member swiped into my room around 1:40-1:50 PM. Luckily, I was dressed. Third, the windows are advertised as 'permanently sealed,' but when it rained, I noticed they weren't soundproof at all, and then I realized I could just pull them open. So what's the point of saying they're sealed? Plus, being on the 19th floor with no protective bars outside poses a safety hazard, especially for those with children. As for the positives, the room layout is good, and the hotel's location is excellent with a nice view. The floor-to-ceiling windows are a great touch, and the basic amenities are decent. There's a Zhu Fugui (restaurant?) and a shopping mall nearby. Otherwise, everything else is up to Pullman's usual standards. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were all very good.
