Unique was having our continental breakfast hung on our door in a bag! Noisy central town hotel. Clean.

Comfortable stay. There was a little mix up when we checked in but it was resolved quickly and easily. Hotel very convenient for local amenities. Breakfast bag was good quality. No view from our room (208) but not an issue for us and other comments indicate there can be noise outside - we had no such problems. Water in washbasin could have been hotter - not generally an issue but not helpful when shaving. We would consider again if we needed to stay in Lytham but that is unlikely, we were there for a special event.

Great boutique hotel in a great location to Lythams bars, restaurants and shops.

Great location. Lovely room. Very noisy outside until 2am. Combination of other premises (noisy music) and taxi rank (lots of shouting). Very little sleep. Accept it was a Friday night. Room needs proper sound proofing. Real shame.

Excellent quality,, very morden close to all amenities. Would stay there again. Well recommend.

Loved it. Booked a snug room but it was a roomy one - not sure if it was an upgrade or the other rooms are huge! Well supported. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Coffee machine in the room was a fantastic bonus. Flight of stairs to access. I would definitley stay again.

Very well located, easy instructions for receptionless entry (but make sure you take not of key locker and code) Nice size room, very well laid out and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

We stayed here for one night, lovely rooms easy to check in with key card, close to all amenities

Stay was good. Hotel communicated instructions of how to check in online and how to obtain key as building is not always manned. Room was clean, fan was available, bed comfortable, and there was tea & coffee machine. Hotel is central to all amenities and sits in clifton square where there are a couple of bars, restraunts and coffee shops. Only a short walk to the sea front and Lowther Pavillion. Only negative for some may be that our room overlooked the side street where there was a noisy bar and taxi queue it being a Saturday night. This quietened down about 1.30-2am. It didnt bother us as we just stayed out. If you want a quiet room I'd advise to ask. Would definitely stay here again. Also, 'The One' coffee shop underneath the hotel do a fabulous breakfast selection.
