Best Western Galt Inn Reviews

There were kids running in the hallways making a lot of noise. I called the front desk 3 times and finally someone answered, he must of called the room where the noisy kids were because the noise stopped and we were able to get some sleep. The bed was very hard.

Enjoyed the hot tub it was on a timer though .. so might double check when it’s hot. Staff and breakfast was pleasant

Good hotel price was good. Hotel is older and in need of touch ups but overall good for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable. Air con worked well. Easy to see room had been recently painted. Was clean. The only negative for us was the carpet was clearly not in great condition. It actually felt a little stick with residue or something on it. We just made sure to always keep our flip flops on while in room. Other than that all good. We would stay again. Breakfast was average.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is the bright white lighting in the room. Warmer lighting would be nice in a room. These were cool like fluorescent so it felt like an industrial office rather than a living space. Still a nice hotel. Very clean

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good (although no gluten free bread options) and the breakfast area was clean and maintained. And the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t hot, our room wasn’t vacuumed, and every time we got towels there was hair on them (it was clear they were washed, but for whatever reason there was hair on every one of them on all 3 days).

We travel a lot and this has got to be one of our best stays here in the U.S. Just a really nice clean place.

It is the closest hotel near my relative's house and is very clean and safe. There are a few stores, and the gas station is across from Best Western Galt Inn.

Just your typical Indian ran franchise hotel that cut corners when a where they can.

It’s a very nice affordable and comfortable stop over location. We have stopped here many times over the past few years.

I really enjoyed my stay there . Staff was REALLY NICE I really I recommend and would stay here again . The lady named Amy was really nice and very professional.

No sympathy for customers. No communication except these stupid review rejections. No Empathy for customers. Harassment with review rejections. Not the first time that Worst Western has been disappointing at best. can't read: accept this review There was no heat, and the proprietor didn't want to give us a new room. He even called the police on us. Call me or email me... You have the number.

The most comfortable beds ever! Toilet was too low and no rail making it hard to stand up but still the best stay.

This hotel is to me the perfect size, very clean. Room smelled really good as we were walking in. I’m definitely staying here more often
