Overall my stay was wondrful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The one mild criticism i will offer is regarding the complimentary breakfast. I was working remotely during my trip and i had a zoom meeting scheduled in the morning so i went down and asked if i could bring my breakfast upstairs. While i was allowed to do it, the woman running the breakfast that morning made it very clear that i wasnt supposed to ask that. She said the breakfast had to be eaten in the restaurant. While i understand that it makes sense for a actual buffet meal, i still do not understand why all guests are restricted to eating in the restaurant area. It would make more sense to me if to go containers were offered to people who preferred to eat in their room with the understanding that you cant make multiple returns to get more items.

We arrived and had to put up with constant noise in the hallways, the people staying above us were very loud, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door the day of departure at 10:15 am when check out is not until noon. They had no technology, no USB chargers, nothing. No breakfast you had to pay. We wish we could get a refund. We went for my husband’s birthday and it was not a good time.

Great room and place but I was not treated good, the person who was supposed to great me didn’t greeted me she had mad face attitude, and shouldn’t have people like this working at so great Hotels.

Our trip to Wachusett Mountains led us to the Hilton hotel primarily for its pool, a feature we considered crucial for our kids' enjoyment. Despite other options in closer proximity to the mountains, we opted for Hilton for this reason. Regrettably, upon arrival, no one informed us that the pool was closed. Despite our efforts to seek assistance, we found no resolution as the manager expressed an inability to assist us further. The experience turned out to be the most disappointing stay of our lives, leaving our children immensely frustrated. We earnestly hope for a better experience in the future with this hotel. Additionally, we hope that someday the hotel will provide an opportunity for us to change our review to a positive one.

Double charged for both rooms, no shampoo in the rooms. Was told I’d receive points but still have not. Not happy at all

Everything is nice and comfortable but the floors are thin. We’re unlucky to be in a room below where kids were jumping up and down.

There were ants in our room! We stayed for two days and they did not clean the room . There was a sign that said for extended stays they don’t clean every day but we were only there for 2 days.

Alarm went off in the hall. Spoke with the mgr on duty and asked what it was. The response we got from him was "I don't know" we asked if we should evacuate and again we got "I don't know"(great way to install confidence in the people staying there. Turned out to be the fire alarm but it didn't go off in our room. Then the next day we had our "do not disturb" sign on the door and 3 times they came to our room.

I specifically asked for a crib at conformation, then confirmed at check in, yup yup.....oh sorry ill bring it up..... no ducks given! Wifi didn't work, breakfast is no longer included....

Our stay was great! Very clean, all of the staff were very friendly and the bed were so comfortable. We look forward to many more stays at the Hiltons as we travel a lot for sports.

It was generic and just okay. The lasting impression I will have is the rude breakfast staff who jumped on me for filling my water bottle from a pitcher. Perhaps having an urn of ice water available for guests would help that staff member who seemed to be ultra concerned about her pitcher being emptied too quickly. She also said the water was for guests, and I had to say that I was a guest. She then proceeded to watch me walk around the breakfast buffet. Not welcoming behavior at all.
